I recently went through the drive thru with my disabled grandma and received some of the worst service Ive ever received in my life. Not only are they always out of milkshakes or there machines are either being cleaned or broken. But the girl working the window was hateful to my grandmother because she was not able to reach the food or drinks very well hence being disabled but then she proceeded to walk over to her coworkers and talk about us as if we werent there or couldnt hear or see her. Ive never in my life treated a customer or a human being this badly she should be ashamed of her self. I would hope she is soon reprimanded for her behavior. I really hope she doesnt treat anyone else this badly.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had a coupon that said "with food purchase" and a girl named Sierra not only refused to honor it, but was extremely rude about it. When I asked to speak with a manager, she yelled to the assistant mgr. and without speaking to me in his thugish, ebonic behavior yelled back "yup she right, she been here awhile." I still have that coupon and nobody to contact about it. I will never go to Buger King again nor will I take one of their worthless surveys. That girl and manager humiliated and embarrassed me and made me wait 5 minutes to do it.

I went to this location about a month ago and I went there ordered my food and then more people came and and ordered there food and got there food quickly and I waited 30 minutes until asking the manager what was going on and she told that they where out of breakfast items I said how come and she got really sassy with me and told me to shut up and leave I said well can I get my money back which was like 30 dollars and she said she wasnt giving me anything so I just left. I believe the managers name was Jennifer. I dont recommend going here if you are in a hurry

I love BKs but this place is the 7th circle of hell! The employees are incompetent, extremely slow, dont care at all, and ghetto as hell. Expect something to be wrong or missing when you order. Ive been to this place several times over the past few years hoping things would get better. I was sorely mistaken. There are plenty of fast food places that have their stuff together across Gender Road. Go to them instead!!!

This place is dirty and the service is nonexistent. They had no napkins so they brought out a roll of paper towels from the bathroom and set it on the counter where the food is served. Never a "thank you" or a smile from the staff. Food was cold when I got it because they "forgot" to make my drink. In general, Burger King restaurants are the pits, but this one established a new low.

Horrible service. Horrible dining area. Nasty looking drink stand. Dirty chairs, tables, and sticky lids for the drinks. Rinky-dink burgers and dried out fries. Manager looking like he's 12 and not paying attention to the drive thru orders. Ppl touching there pits and nuts making the food. Dirty up and down, nasty dining area, nasty ppl, just gross.

Quit being such a wimp. If your coupon was valid than you should have been more assertive. Try to speak ebonics back to them and then they might understand. Plus you can call a regional manager or somthin. Dont take any $h!+ from a fast food worker, they are replacable. Im sure Sierra doesnt even work there anymore. DBAP

Terrible service. Rude employees. Food was disgusting and cold. And there was a long wait at a dimly lit drive thru order screen. When we asked about a price because the screen was too dark to see,the employee said it was" about 3 something" and then asked if we wanted it or not.

Im a former employee, and I can tell you that the service sucked as far as employee attitudes, customer service and very poor management. I seriously think they need to be reviewed on their overall service and management needs to be reviewed majorly.

So the BK double stackers go from $2 Now now $3.69 and only gave me one piece of bacon on each sandwich so I paid $9.57 for 2 sandwiches and a fry sounds like a rip-off to me....guess one star is the less I can give them

Avoid at all costs. You will not get what you order unless you speak fluent Spanish. Horrible service, crap food, dirty atmosphere. Id rather have uncontrollable diarrhea than eat here again.
