I visited this restaurant 8/01 at 8:00 PM...and was the first time that Id ever been there. I live in Seminole, so it was nice to see some new places opening up that were close by. We walked in...and saw the kiosk where you could place your order. We did just that...but did not see the ;little beepers they had there...so we didnt take one. I entered my cell phone number when it asked for a number. Newbies error I guess. The screen didnt offer instructions...so who knew? There was this one young black man behind the counter, when asked a question by my friend acted like she was an idiot..which I didnt appreciate too much..but maybe hes having a bad day..so I just let it go. Ww waited a reasonable amount of time for our order..and then the same guy called out my name. I replied that I was the guy..and he asked for my beeper. I told him that I didnt have one..and that I didnt know any better..and he kind of rolled his eyes and just handed me the order. Strike 2! We get home...2 miles away. Opened up the bag..and started to eat. We asked for the onion ring fry combo...and I received two onion rings. TWO!! They were great..but the fries were a little soggy...but tasted pretty good. The hamburger had soaked through the bun and rendered the hamburger uneatable by holding. We discarded the buns and just ate the burger. The burger was rare...REALLY rare. Almost tasteless. Bottom line is this. Right across the parking lot is Millers Ale house. They have GREAT food..always cooked to perfection with very friendly wait staff. Been there several times and have enjoyed eating there every time. One stop into BurgerFi...and was extremely disappointed. The young ladies that were at the counter were very friendly..but the one young man that did most of the talking seemed almost as if he hated being there. The food THAT day was subpar. Not a place that I would re-visit. I see a lot of great reviews on this place..and maybe it was just this one time...but regardless...I wouldnt go back when I can get better service and product right across the parking lot.

Three in our party last night. Im not sure why a manager would put someone on the register who acts as though customers are an inconvenience, but there you are. We actually found ourselves apologizing to him twice (sorry, but I think I would like onions on my burger, etc). There were only two tables with diners, which should have tipped us off. When the food was ready, I was surprised that someone would not have simply brought the food fifteen feet to our table, since we were the only table without food. The food was not hot--fries and onion rings should be hot and crispy, but these were not. The bacon on my burger was so hard that I had to be careful not to break a tooth. The Mojave Desert has more moisture than the burger I had. And one of our party ordered the hot dog--someone should be sued for serving something like that--it bears NO resemblance to anything edible. Figuring that we were supposed to bus our table, I was irritated to find an overflowing waste bin. No one came over during our meal to see if everything was OK, which is standard practice at almost every establishment. There were at least eleven staff in the place, but no apparent activity directed toward customers or taking care of business activities. All of the staff acted as though they would rather have been somewhere else. At the end of the evening, we felt the same way. We wont be back. You can get better food elsewhere for a lot less money and have a better dining experience. The ownership had better take care of these problems, or they wont celebrate their first anniversary.

Horrible, we wont be back. First my wife noticed a strange stinky smell when we first arrived. Ignored it and started ordering our food. Paid over 30 bucks for two burgers, fries, onion rings and two sodas. Paid extra for disgusting dried up cheese sauce and special burger sauce. At first thought they had forgot to put burger in my wifes sandwich. Even the worker had to hunt for it and finally found it after walking back with it from the counter. We kind of made the comment "wheres the beef". They did forget to put the bacon on it, so that had to be fixed. After the burger and bacon incident, we didnt feel like complaining about the dried up cheese sauce. Just gave up on that and counted it as a loss. Fries were ok and onion rings were in a pool of oil and fell apart as we picked them up to eat them. There were so many employees doing nothing, we counted 11 in all. Most of them had a look on there face that they would rather be anywhere but there. Frowning and annoyed looking. It was really weird made us feel uncomfortable. Needless to say but we wont be back, people dont waste your money like we did. Should have read reviews before we went there, cause there are several others with similar experiences. Sorry, we tried to like it. Will stick with Five Guys.

Update: 7/9/17: I was a little off on my last review. The CEO Burger I ordered was a double and it was twice the size of a normal competitions burger. The regular sized fries were like Five Guys regular "little" size. A huge portion. I still feel the Freestyle drink cup size was too expensive but the Burger FI rewards I cashed in today, free fry AND shake only after one prior visit, made up for anything negative from my first visit. Thank You Whitney for responding to every review. I visited 1 time and this reflects my first visit. The large onion rings were excellent and huge portion size and enough for 2 people. They were the best onion rings Ive tasted for a fast food restaurant. I agree with a previous review stating the burgers are small in size for the price, compared to the competition. The CEO burger was excellent tasting though. The cup that was given to me for the freestyle soda machine was about the size of a small cup at other places and was almost $3.00. Overall I thought it was expensive for the total cost I paid for 1 person. If the burgers are really made with no hormones or antibiotics, then that is why they are more healthy and expensive.

Walked in and we were a bit lost at the kiosks and unusual setting but a young man stepped up and offered to help us. He explained the wide variety of choices on the burgers, hot dogs and fries or (large) onion rings as well as the unusual cane sugar drinks, soda fountain varieties and craft beers. He then directed us to the counter where a young lady walked us through our order and advised us to find a seat and they would bring our order to us. When it came we were pleased that the burgers were wrapped in paper pockets for easier handling and the fries were lightly spiced for a delicious old-time flavor. The young man who first spoke to us came to our table to ask our opinion and make sure everything was satisfactory. His name is DeAndre and he was exceptionally friendly and helpful and brought us complimentary frozen custards. The experience was fun and we will definitely return. This was not a fast food experience with bland burgers and cheap sodas. Thank you !
