I really love going to this location because its close to my job. The only thing I would suggest is to watch out on the 15th of every month because the 100th customer gets pigs blood poured on them, given the head of a cat to wear because they won the thousand year curse. what said curse is I have no idea... but I hate curses. other than that the service is great, everyone has a smile and youre in and out in 5 min.

Awful Gahanna restaurant. Sign says open at 5:30am but EVERYTIME I go (@ least 4 times in the last month) its NEVER open at 5:30. Even had an employee come up to me in the parkingshower lot and say they didnt know when they would be open because the manager wasnt even there and it takes a good 20 minutes to get everything up and going. That was at 5:45am. Will NEVER go to another burger king again.

I spent 1.25 on f eood today. Gave them a 25.99 gift card and they removed an extra 23.75 from my card. I noticed it right away and said they overcharged me. Their reply was I did not buy the card from them so they would not do anything about the 23.75 extra they kept. Not happy about this at all. Everyone who goes there make sure you are not being overcharged and cheated. Good luck.

Went to the Gahanna BK the other day....big mistake....odered a Parmesan chicken sandwich....it looked NOTHING like the commercial....my sandwich was round with NO chicken sticking out (it was round too and just the size of the bun). It had no cheese and the bun was burned. Then my very expensive milkshake lid popped off and spilled all over my car....cheap milkshake cup and lid

So either the hours are wrong, or they were so understaffed they had to close early, but... they were closed on a Sunday night around 7:45. Kind of pathetic if you cant keep your business open to not even within an hour of normal close time. Some advice: check out McDonalds nearby. You can bet theyll be open for sure!

I went to this burger king for a quick snack and it disgusting! I ordered a Hersheys pie and it was warm, when it shouldve been cold. The cheeseburgers had burnt bread and were soaked in ketchup. The fries tasted extremely stale,and to top it off, the young woman at the window was rude.

This place is awful. Waited 25 minutes in drive-thru, then they short changed me $3 and when I got my food it didnt have my complete order. Manager Elaine got mad at me because she would have to "pull her drawer" to count her incorrect change. It was a debacle. Dont go. Dont ever go.

They r very understaffed and I waited about 20 minutes to get my food. The cashier I ordered from didnt seem to care that I was waiting for so long. I wouldnt recommend eating here.
