I placed an order for a crave case and twenty chicken rings. I could sense the moment I ordered, there will be some hassle or issue, the vibe was off; disconnected. Typical order, not too difficult. Never had an issue at any other location before this. Five people behind us had also ordered crave cases and they were receiving their orders... Still waiting patiently with the family for fourty-five minutes. I finally go up to ask for my money back, and they have the audacity to ask "did you have the chicken rings?" as hes bending over to pull it out of the freezer. Youre just now cooking them... I finally received the money back, our fifty dollar order, fifteen minutes upon request, since many people behind me were getting their orders first which were the same as our order. From this experience I gained zero food and plenty of wasted time. They tried to keep the receipt. I noticed on the receipt they request a survey of our experience, so I gave them a survey over the phone about our unpleasant visit. The people behind me got their crave cases... All I got was a headache.

On July 7 My wife and I visited White Castle on Rt. 37. We entered and placed an order for 4 cheese sliders, fries and 2 drinks. I paid for the order at that time. There was one group of about 5 people sitting at a both and one other customer waiting for her order. She said she had been waiting a long time. Outside there were 4 vehicles in line for carry out. After I placed my order I waited at least 15 minutes before getting my order. I wish now that I had asked for my money back. When the order came it was BAD. The bun was WET AND SOGGY. THE MEAT WAS NOT HOT. The only thing good about the experience was an apology for my wait. My observation was that no one behind the counter was especially interested in providing service. They were totally unmotivated, standing around doing very little. The best thing that could happen at this White Castle is to CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER. I will still frequent White Castle but not at this location. George Alexander

Food is always good, but sometimes they seem to need a stronger expiditer. Twice now, Ive had to wait longer than 15 minutes because other orders received priority. I wouldnt even mention it, except its happened two times now, and the first time I had to end up showing them my receipt and waiting for the whole order fresh, like they missed the ticket. But, service staff is always nice and willing to correct their mistakes quickly if needed, so 4/5.

It is always a wait at this white castle. At least 15 minutes everytime. Normally I dont mind, but today is different. The lady working the drive through was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order 4 times. She got upset. Sat 5 minutes before she opened the window so I could pay. I got my food she asked if I needed a receipt, I said no and she huffed and slammed the doors shut. My food was great but customer service was just plain awfull.

The hours of operation at this particular White Castle are rather ridiculous. On 4 separate occasions, while traveling, have tried to stop at this location and they are always closed. They arent even open at 11PM. Seriously? Why bother being located at an exit ramp? Jeesh. So, Id love to be able to rate their food, which Im sure is fine, but havent been able to catch them open yet.

Great place to go for a good tasting American tradition. White Castle created the hamburger and perfected it with their small portions. Their chili cheese fries are a great side to have along with their cheeseburgers. They have a great drink selection as well which can be customized to your liking.

Fresh, hot sliders with fries and a big red or a Barqs red cream soda hit the spot in any weather. Though, the disorganization with in the company about what restaurant does what is a bit disheartening. Over all, Id recommend White castles to anyone wanting a change from the bigger burger chains.

This White Castle consistently has good hamburgers. I stop here frequently when travelling south on I-71. It is on the south side of the road so exiting to go back to I-71 is easy, just make a right turn out of the driveway.

This is the best white castle I have ever been to in my life the manager for being so young is very professional kand when hes not there his crew are always respectful fast n they are always nice .... Love it

I set in front of the drive thru for 15 minutes and waited in line (one car ahead of me) for another 15 minutes until I just left. Will NEVER go back there again
