I had my 3 year olds party here and it was AWESOME. My son still talks about it months later. My guests were thanking me after the party because it was the first time they were able to relax in a long time. Marina, the owner, is absolutely amazing. She takes such pride in making sure her play cafe is the best of the best. Very clean. She made my sons party absolutely amazing and she was so flexible with me! She really tried to understand my concerns and needs and went out of her way to make things happen. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! With all partying aside and focusing strictly on what a regular outing to this place would feel like- you will NOT be disappointed! And great cafe setup. Pizza ordering is made super easy here too! Of all the play cafes Ive been to, zen kids has surpassed all of them. Lounging areas are set up nicely for parents and hungry kids, toys are very nice and high quality. I call it "Melissa and Doug" land :)

My family LOVES ZenKidz Play Cafe! It is an amazing atmosphere filled with toys/ activities to spark kids of all ages attention! My one year old and two year old alike are both content as can be! You feel like you are at home and very welcome in this local play cafe! You will be sure to meet the owner(s) as they make themselves known and are often found doing arts and crafts or playing with the kids! I love that there is a separate room off to the side with a daily craft for the kids to make! A place where my kids are free to use their imaginations yet some structured play for older kids! This space is perfect size with tables for eating, amazing coffee, and friendly locals! I also LOVE that there is nothing to fall off of! There are no big pieces of equipment or high things to climb... which for a parent gives me peace of mind in case I need to blink! :) Needless to say we will be purchasing monthly passes!!! This place is amazing! We have been to several play cafes and this is by far our favorite. It had a wide variety of toys for smaller children, but my 3 and 5 year old had a blast with all of the different activity stations. My kids did not want to leave and asked to come back tomorrow. The environment is great...a lot of great dramatic play toys (kitchens, tools, dress up). All of the toys are in great condition and the entire place is very clean. Theres a nice little couch area to sit with a friend while your kids play. Its all very comfortable and almost like being in a friends basement. The owners are extremely friendly and told us a lot about upcoming activities and the neighborhood. They have a great vision for the play cafe and its great to have a safe, clean place for the kids to play. They cafe has a great selection of drinks and snacks. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area!

This place is great! A hidden gem for those wanting to keep their little ones entertained especially on a cold or rainy day. The space is clean, bright and comfortable. There are tons of great toys for ages ranging from babies through young children. My daughter is 6 and played happily with her friend for a long time. The toys are thoughtful and all encourage imaginative play. Best thing - while there are snacks you can purchase there, you are also welcome to bring in your own snacks! (as long as they are peanut and tree nut free) The owner was super nice - she wowed me with a home made pumpkin spice latte made with espresso, skim milk and real pumpkin puree. Love this little local business - it is in the lower level of an old church where the Tai Chi society meets - parking is easy in the back lot but on street parking is readily available and free. A must try for small kids!!

A review wont do this place justice you have to come see it for yourself. The facility is incredible and children dont want to leave. It is so clean and bright and full of toys and activities your children will love. The coffee is better than Starbucks and the owner, Marina, will make you feel like family. It is also the best place for a childs birthday party. We had my daughters third birthday here and it was perfect. Everything was set up, decorated and ready to go when we arrived. All we had to do was bring the cake and food. All her guests had a blast and I had a memorable, stress free birthday party for her. Thank you Marina for being a gem in the heart of Westerville.

This is by far our favorite play cafe, from my opinion and my daughters. For me , its so comfortable almost like being at a friends house and the coffee is my fav ☺️ For my daughter she loves that there is a million little things to really spend time playing with. It is set up almost like a preschool. The extra art classes offered are awesome too. I have yet to book a birthday party but definitely will in the future. We live in Dublin and we go to Westerville just for this play cafe. ***** extra added bonus -****** The owner sells and has a wonderful selection of Doterra products , which now Im totally obsessed with ! Its a one stop shop honestly ☺️

After reading the great reviews and going on a journey with my tot to uptown Westerville (twice now), both times have had a hand written note on the door stating the cafe was closed for the day. Both days (two different Saturdays) I have called during business hours before driving over and neither time the voicemail stated anything about it being unexpectedly closed. The second time I was assuming it was a one-off for the first experience, but was unfortunately wrong. Bummed and will likely give up from ever trying ever again.

We held a mini-birthday for my sons third birthday. We had access to the art room for an hour and the kids could play in the play area as long as they wanted. We also ran a coffee tab for the parents. We had a great time, but most of all, the kids loved it. There are endless toys and activity centers for the kids to use, they never got bored. The space is a welcoming and bright, which matches the owners (Marina) personality. You wont regret visiting Zen Kidz for just a play date or a party!

First time visit was today after reading the reviews I had to come check it out. needless to say I was not dissapointed! My toddler played with other kids and by himself the whole time and did not want to leave. I was actually able to sip coffee sit in a distance while watching him play. Which was so relaxing since my 3 year old is normally pulling me around to do everything with him...extremely nice owner she was a delight , down to earth and very chill person. We will be coming back!

Best place for indoor play and birthday parties! I recently had my daughters sixth birthday party at #ZenKidzCafe and all the boys and girls had a blast! They enjoyed all of the play centers and coloring of the personalized, one of kind #Frozen artwork - which we will enjoy for a long time! Marina was so wonderful! She was beyond accommodating and gracious with helping me with my older, autistic daughter.. ♥ We look forward to more indoor play sessions and art classes!! :)
