I used to go here with my grandmother regularly when it was still the Victorian Place and we loved it. Many fond memories. Now, the food is bland, staff is rude and non-responsive and it is ridiculously overpriced. HOWEVER the main reason I will not give this place another chance is that the owners were extremely rude to my mother when she arrived to inquire about booking 2 wedding showers. She was refused help, ignored, and when she went looking for someone and peeked around a corner, one of the owners confronted and barked at her, "Excuse me can you SEE we are TRYING to have an event here?!" Bad move, guys. Nobody treats my mother that way. You lost out on thousands of dollars of business with that one rude comment...times two. Actually times more than that, because Im never recommending this place to anyone so long as the current ownership holds. Thanks for removing 20 years of fond memories from that beautiful building, and way to treat your community. You might hold out as a business by milking one-time stoppers for all you can, but that wont last forever. Shame.

Dinning at the Ardmore Cafe is the epitome of fine dining. The decorations and the food quality are stupendous! The Ardmore Cafe never disappoints and the menu choices are delicious and generous in proportion. The service personnel are gracious and efficient and very attentive to the guests needs. Due to the cafe bing in a victorian mansion, the quietness of the facility is fantastic for conversation. Additionally all the small shops located within the building have unique and thoughtful gift ideas. That is where I bought all my wifes Christmas presents and she loved them all. Thanks and keep up the great work. I am very happy our friends told us about Ardmore Cafe!

Ardmore is, well, unusual. Numerous nooks and crannies, smallish dining rooms, sort of elegant, but not stuffy or pretentious. Generally on the quiet side, unless there is a party going on in the next room. The menu is not trendy at all, but the food is dependably well-prepared and worth the price, which is not terribly high. Servers are excellent, and can vary from casually reserved to almost too boisterous. We like the place a lot.

Ive been to Ardmore Cafe 3 times now and each time the service and food was fantastic. I doubt the food is done in microwaves. The food was fresh and delicious every time. Unique atmosphere and menu selections, from the soup to the entrees to the yummy desserts! This place is one of our top favorites in the Shores

Amazing atmosphere, GREAT Food very interesting decor every time I go there I see something different. A new store called Fun & Fancy is opening soon, a Handmade Jewelry and Gifts shop that will be a prefect place to explore with Swarovski Crystals and hand-made Natural Stone necklaces.

Cant believe Ive never heard of this place! Super cool atmosphere, love the history, and definitely I unique spot to impress a guest. Food was good, not fantastic but worth the price. Definitely a must experience. P.s get the crab dip.
