First off, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. He was extremely friendly, and whipped up something special for my picky nephew (something he called Peanut and Jelly Rice) that was simple but fantastic for him. Their appetizers are great, especially the spring rolls and chicken Satay (the best peanut sauce I have ever tasted, hands down.) The portion sizes are generous, and you can adjust the spice level of most of the dishes freely. Great experience, great food.

I have enjoyed Thai food from every place in the Lansing region. Thai Nation Bistro is outstanding. They strive to be fresher than the others. This is a mom and pop establishment. They have developed some extraordinary recipes. They have formulated what is the best deep fry coating I have ever had. I highly recommend the shrimp Pad Thai or the Pineapple rice. You will be glad you did. I wake up dreaming of their fried shrimp.

We absolutely love this place. They are so extremely friendly and helpful AND they know what they are doing the kitchen. The food is amazing. The ingredients are fresh and authentic. Youll never want second rate thai food again. Also they after very accommodating because we bring the whole family - with babies and tots - when we come!! Cant rave about it enough.

Our 3rd meal at Thai Nation Bistro. Consistently fabulous ! We have a unique opportunity to enjoy healthy and delicious Thai "home cooking" in Williamston. Been here for 45 minutes promised food in 20. Hardly a soul in the restuarant. Cant understand why its taking so long. Hope the food makes up for it. I loved the resturant that was here before this. Wish is was still here. Miss miso. I take that back its almost been an hour. I will never come back again what a joke!!!!

Thank goodness a real Thai restaurant has finally arrived here in Williamston! The food is great and the portions will fill you up for sure.! Youve gotta check it out and be certain to start low with the spice level if youve never tried it before. It can get quite hot to the tongue..!

Hands down the best Thai restaurant I have found in Michigando far, better than anything I have had in from Ann Arbor to Grand Rapids. Flavorful, fresh food and a pleasant, engaging and friendly staff that want to help you get exactly what you are looking for.

Wow! The food was great...We had the Pad Thai and the Cashew Chicken. Our kids, who had never had Thai food before were a little scared at first, but loved it. We had to order more food it was so good ... No leftovers going home from here. We devoured it.

Their rice is bar none. Apparently its because its authentic Jasmine rice. Food portions are more than generous and did I mention the rice is amazing. Because it is.
