This has to be one of the WORST KFCs out there. My son loves chicken so we have stopped in a few times and I have yet to get anything close to edible from this place. The chicken is always dried out, funny looking, and seems like it has been sitting for a while (even at peak times), biscuits are cold and dry, and the mac and cheese has long since coagulated. I am very disappointed that they would even serve this to their customers, surely they know if is not of good quality. I have stopped by several times over the last 6 years hoping it was just an "off" day, wrong staff, whatever, but this location is consistently very bad. I normally love KFC, what a waste!

Hard working crew at this HVL location. The equipment had broken down and it was a tough day for them on 8/17, yet they worked like crazy to make it work. The shift manager and crew members explained the issues & were very appreciative for the customers who had patience. The corporate folks need to free up some new equipment for this outstanding location & crew!! Note for Elaine: Review for the wrong location, HVL does not have the buffet!

Didnt give us what we ordered. Call and they said they would replace it. Drove all the way back to the store and they told me it would be 20 mins for what I wanted. Asked for my $ back. Would not give it to me. Managers hid in the back and made the sweet old lady at the counter deal with me. She was the only nice thing about the whole experience, she apologized and gave me a cake, but the "managers" were a joke. Will not be back.

Well, I ordered there several days ago almost $15 worth of food and I was asked what type of sauce I wanted to go with my chicken nuggets. So I told the cashier then they prepared my food and placed it in a KFC sack. When I got to my workplace which was about 2 miles away I had no sauce what so ever

Overall this place is a great establishment, workers are dedicated to help the customers needs, and overall a fancy place to dine in. There food has improved a lot over the years, and it never fails to impress me. If I could, Id rate 10 out of 5 stars. Good job and good work!

Went into our KFC resturant no one spoke English the posse was so nasty and alot of people where waiting on there order it took 35 minutes to get our food awful the guy at the regsister could not speak English the buffet was old an nasty will never go back

The cleanest and freshest food I ever had at a KFC. All the employees had their shirts tucked in. The restaurant was spotless. Fast and courteous service. KFC 1903 rocks!

Miss the food bar with rotisserie chicken, and all the chicken choices as well as potatoes and gravy etc.. However the fried chicken is still great!
