DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR A PURCHASE HERE!!!!! I made an online order here and the delivery driver wrote himself a tip on my receipt. It took me two weeks to try to get it handled through their corporate office just for a representative there named Ginger to tell me one of her co-workers said it looked like I wrote the tip in myself! Why would I write a tip in myself them have to deal with them to be disrespected and belittled?? I asked her why her coworker would say this and how in the world do you distinguish how someone writes letters in comparison to only a signature?? She said she didnt know and asked me to call the store to give them my card number so they could refund me the tip. WHAT?? Why would I call the store to give them my credit card information when they already forged a tip on my credit card receipt. Needless to say, this is a warning and hopefully you have a better customer experience than I did because this was one of my worst ones yet!!!!

Ordered pizzas there last night, they messed up a pizza so they had me wait for 10 minutes cause when they re-made it they "didnt cut it right", I was told that they were going to give me a 4th pizza for free as an apology. I was in a rush so I didnt bother to check the pizzas, I got home and they screwed up royally. I ordered a meat lovers, a veggie, and a custom, I got 2 veggies and the custom. I thought maybe the 4th pizza was the meat lovers, I opened it and guess what? IT WAS AN EMPTY BOX. Really disappointed. Cant believe I was lied to.

There pizza is way overpriced and its not even that good. Places like this that are corporate owned are awful and have the worst customer service! I just paid $19 for one stuffed crusted pizza and they charge a $2.47 delivery fee, for right down the street and the delivery person doesnt even get any of that money! Which means the company pockets all the fees and that is not right. Then you feel bad and end up tipping the delivery person. I probably wont be going to pizza hut again, and will be calling corporate on Monday!

disappointed that I got the wrong food, and the manager didnt seem that concerned and offered me the food I got and said he was thinking I could of enjoyed the food they sent... What... they sent the food back out I ordered with out remaking it cold food.. Thanks for nothing pizza hut

Tonight was our first time ordering from this particular location and it did not go well. The pizza we got tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for 4 hours. It was tough as rubber and was so flat it looked like it had been ran over by a truck. We wont be ordering from them again.

Really gross pizza. Wish there was a Howies here instead. Pizza Huts flavoured crusts are clearly a knock off. Locations like this make it obvious its the McDonalds of pizza.

Their wings are really good but the pizza isnt the greatest.. they need to go back to their original deep-dish crust when I was a child..back then that pizza was awesome
