Procceeding my request for a small milkshake, I inconveniently waited approximately 22 minutes. By the time I received said milkshake ten other people had received their food that ordered after me. It takes 45 seconds to make a milkshake, I think Jacob could have taken 45 seconds to make my shake. Instead I was ignored as he proceeded to gift his friends larger frozen lemonades than they even paid for. Jacob is a disgrace of a chick-fil-a worker, and continues to tarnish the name which many love that is "Chik-fil-a"

As a common patron of CFA, I must say I was unimpressed with the employees behavior. At one point there were at least six employees at a table in the back of the dining room goofing around. It got to the point where another employee had to come out and ask some of them to help because there was no one on the line. With that said, the Market Salad was delicious and sweet! 10/10 salad. Super tangy, and in a way bitter, due to the apple cider vinaigrette. But the apples and strawberries really bring it home.

Someone should tell whoever decided its a good idea to make vehicles circle the building that it was designed the original way to minimize traffic where pedestrians walk. Before the cones vehicles could enter the line from the entrance and bypass driving through the parking lot where people are walking in, now theyre forced to drive through a major pedestrian crossing. An engineer designed it that way on purpose, but someone that works for a fast food restaurant thinks they know better... haha

Went to Ormond location for a 1:30 lunch on tuesday. Took my buddy from the Y. We first encountered a young lady named Ruby (my grandmas), and she insisted on bring us our order. Then Happy came by to give us our handwipe and candy treat. When she asked if our grilled chicken sandwich was good, said no..it was great! Those ladies provided a wonderful dining experience. And, the place was CLEAN. If only local retail would train their employees with a "lunch" at This location.

Fantastic service!! Arrived here as a parent ,of one of about 56 School children and some teachers on a field trip,(at About 10am on Friday 5.19) we crowded the place and I was very impressed at the efficiency of all the staff who processed our numerous orders. I made a mistake when ordering my meal and when I realised I had the wrong meal Tammi, at the cash register was extremely friendly and helped me to quickly rectify this mistake! Thank you so much Tammi!

This location closes at 10pm and I showed up at 9:56. I felt really bad at first for being that person that comes at closing! But they took my order and were extremely polite, they had me wait 4 minutes for my food and that was perfectly okay because my order was fresh and I got everything I asked for!! They even gave me a free cookie!!! I highly recommend this location to everyone!! Id definitely give this place 10 stars if i could! Great job guys!!!

Everyone was pretty rude and gave my boyfriend and I rude stares... I was in bathroom and worker was in there texting I tried to get by her and she just looked and me and resumed texting. Our food wasnt that fresh. We asked for dine in and they gave us bags to,go and no tray. Kinda made me feel like they were trying to tell us they dont want us here. Felt very uncomfortable. Must of got bad end of staff. Haha.

I dont really like Chick-fil-A per say, but my family was craving it. We ordered from the drive thru & I went back inside to get some BBQ sauce & there was this really cute guy behind the cash register & he had really pretty blue eyes & he was so nice & it was really cute how we were talking at the same time & everything. so Id literally drive all the way back to that Chick-fil-A because of him :)

Food is good. Customer service is poor. My order was wrong (they messed up my drink), after going though the drive thru window and having to turn around...ugh. Upon my return I asked for a coupon and didnt receive any compensation for the mistake. I NEVER complain but this isnt the first time theyve gotten an order wrong.

Excellent food, as expected from Chick-fil-A. Very quick service despite the long line. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Very pleasant staff. Only negative is minor, the hospitality staff might want to work on refreshing beverages. I watched 4 people go up for theirs. They were great about clearing trays though.

Chick fil a is an upscale fast food restaurant, theres no other place like it. Wherever you go you will be treated with kindness and the best hospitality. The food is amazing and fast, even the inside looks great. The managers always make sure youre happy before you leave.

Worst Chick-fil-A service Ive ever had. Waited 20 minutes for food, it was cold and drinks were melting. Waited another 20 for them to remake it and they didnt offer any kind of compensation. 40 minutes for fast food?!

This is an awesome place to take my son when the outside playgrounds are too hot or too wet. He loves to play here. We also cant get enough of the chic filet sandwiches. There is no other that compares.
