Absolutely horrible every time!!! You think I would have learned by now! Tonight was the first time I ordered from them in almost a year because they double charged me the last time I ordered from them (I paid online and had it delivered for my grandma who was watching my son and then the delivery guy told my grandma she still owed for the order). I broke down and ordered from them tonight and when my pizza was delivered it was cold and my taco pizza only had bean sauce, cheese and taco meat and was missing the lettuce, tomatoe and onions and my BBQ pizza did not have the seasoned crust that I ordered (which I can look past). But for a pizza to be missing half of its toppings that are standard for one of their specialty pizzas....thats kind of ridiculous!!

While I am a big fan of the grilled cheese crust pizza, Id advise going to a different Pizza Hut if youre looking to eat in. The service leaves much to be desired. It certainly wasnt busy while my husband and I were in, yet our server told us "sorry I got distracted in the back" when I had to walk to the counter and ask if she was coming back to take our order. Other staff avoided eye contact with my husband so we couldnt ask them for help. She didnt write our order down, served the salad 30 seconds before the pizza and forgot that my husband ordered fries. This place was so unprofessional, unorganized and underwhelming. If youre looking for food from this particular Pizza Hut, Id suggest ordering delivery.

Rude employees, dirty tables, lack luster pizza. The manager completely avoided eye contact because she didnt want to be bothered by her customers. All I was going to ask was if she would get our waitress, because she had been gone for 15 minutes, and we still hadnt ordered dinner. She didnt write our order down. Yep you got it everything was wrong. I ordered fries with Cajun seasoning, she heard bread sticks. Wifes salad came at the same time as the pizza. Smh just a bad spot to get your pizza. Id say go to painesville or mentor.

I drive a truck and am making a delivery across the street from this store, I called them and asked them to deliver to my truck because I am stuck here for the night and have no way to pickup any food. They refused to do so stating "they needed their GMs approval" and they "cant deliver to a semi for their drivers safety".
