I would go to the Nova location sometimes before they moved to Granada. Prices were always pretty expensive so I would not go often, although, when I did I would order the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and never had any problems. I just visited the new Granada location for the first time and was even more disappointed. Prices seem to have risen even more surprisingly, 10 dollars for JUST a sandwich. Ridiculous. Not really a friendly atmosphere. I ordered half of the VEGGIE sandwich just to find CHICKEN on it. Im sure many vegetarians order this, like myself, so to find meat on a sandwich that is supposed to be all veggie is quite gross and disappointing and could possibly make someone sick. and I wonder how someone could mess something so simple up. Also, my father ordered a turkey sandwich just to find chicken on it instead. Long story short, always thought the prices were too high, and with the service my family and I have just experienced at the new location, that was the tipping point. I will not be returning again.

The cashier, Bella, was pleasant and cooperative. The menu selection is minimal, and without much description for these obscure items. I chose something safe, the tuna salad sandwich, which was bland. The prices are unreasonably exorbitant for very little tangible quality. The bread was tough, the green tea tasted like a melted freezy pop, and I hate kettle chips and wasnt offered an alternative side. The place is pretty spotless, which is something, however it appeared that my booth had been hastily bussed. There were crumbs scattered when I sat down. Also, do the managers just walk around and gripe or do they serve a purpose? Couldnt tell. Overall a pleasant experience. Id like to see more options but the service was good and the place was clean. If Taco Bell is closed, Id go here.

Logan was extremely pleasant the people preparing the food were not very friendly. I ordered a salad which was a complete disappointment smh you would think with the high prices it would be a priority to provide quality food. My strawberries,romaine lettuce, and pineapples were noticeably old I also ordered the watermelon strawberry frozen lemonade which was presented to me basically liquid almost as if they forgot the ice. $12 promised lunch completely was a complete disappointment. Panera needs to do better.

I used to love the cinnamon pecan twists. I bought one today and it was the saddest looking pastry ever. It had a SINGLE SMALL pecan half on it. They have always had pecan halves over the top of it. The loss in quality using just a simple pastry (one of their specialties) as an example says a lot about this Paneras. I only wish I could add a photoblog this sad little pastry.

Not quite what it used to be when it was one of our favorites a couple short years ago. And nowhere near as busy. Over-stuffed sandwiches are now under-the-counter. Choice of bread? No. But definitely no cheaper prices. Get less. Pay the same more. Panera was always a premium choice, but at least you used to feel you were getting value for your money. Now? Not so much.

Very unorganized. Gave me my food while I was at the register still paying. Then made my friend wait over 10 minutes for her food. She had to go ask for it. Just not really happy about the whole set up. Probably will not be back as this is typical.

Came here to get my lunch quickly to get back to school and I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and the apple Fuji chicken salad with no onions or walnuts and I ended up getting food poisoning and that was three four days ago and I still feel awful thanks.

My wife and I went there for the first time today. We liked the environment and the employees. I liked the chicken panini sandwich I ordered. My wife did not like her custom chicken and cheddar cheese sandwich. It had no cheese and no lettuce.

The pick 2 option is the way I go every time. The black bean soup and BBQ Chicken Flatbread is my go to picks. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is all incredibly nice.

Pretty typical Panera Bread. Seldom busy. Good inventory of pastry late in the afternoon. Still dont have the best POS interface with customers but the staff makes up for it in helpfulness.
