The price really depends on what you get. My kids and I always get a hot chocolate with donuts, muffins, or bagels. I have had theyre hot tea, sandwiches and other selections which are very good. I have never had a problem with service. They have always been great. When I would take my littlest 1 to preschool, we would stop 3x a week at Tim Hortons for breakfast in the morning. We love Tim Hortons is a great place for a family of 4 or more to go for a great price. What is also nice is that they have a Cold Stone Creamery inside Tim Hortons! Before we had to travel an hour to go to a Cold Stone just to get ice cream. Im so glad that there is 1 just a few miles from my house. There ice cream is excellent!

Went by to grab a dozen plain glazed donuts and a dozen chocolate glazed at the Drive through. Told them exactly what I wanted. 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen chocolate glazed. I didnt bother to look at them until I arrived at work and what a disappointment !! The regular glazed were shriveled up like your hands would be from being in the water too long and instead of chocolate glazed they gave me chocolate donuts with chocolate icing on them. This was 5:00 AM so it wasnt like they were busy or crowded. Cant even take a simple order. Guys at work were very disappointed as I was also. Will never stop again. Will drive the extra 10 miles for Dunkin Donuts !!

The employees here are very rude. They act as if the customers are an intrusion upon their day. Employees allow their friends and family behind the counter and stand around talking to them. The atmosphere is not welcoming or comfortable. As far as the pastries go, they can be good, but make sure the employees have washed their hands. I have seen them scratching their heads and not washing their hands afterwards. The manager IF can be called that, does not know how to control her employees and run a tight ship.

Horribly expensive. Worse service. I know for a fact no one at this store can count to 3. We NEVER get our correct order. Even when I speak slowly, repeat and count out exactly how many pieces of bread we want with our soup. The nasty guy who filled our order today made me ill to look at. I hate this place I only go back b/c my BF likes the soup. I can make better and maybe should just stick to making it myself.

I found a bee in the bottom of my iced cappuccino, when I called, just to tell the manager they need to be more careful, he acted like he didnt believe me. I didnt want anything from them...I only wanted them to know about it. The manager was very abrupt with me, and didnt even offer to replace the item. Oh well.

Went there yesterday. The place is not clean. Flies everywhere. Tim Bits were stale. The tea tasted terrible. The sandwich I had did not taste good at all. I have been sick since we ate there. I would rather drive to Calcutta, which is a much better place.

Every single time I go here they are always out of something. They dont stock well and are always baffled when I order one of their signature items. And by always being out I mean like 10x within a year. Pitiful...

Ten years ago they had the best donuts in the area. Coffee was a little strong for me but it was always fresh. Now they ship in their donuts and the staff is disorganized and less professional than McDonalds.

Unfortunately I will never return to this Tim Hortons location. The service was horrible. The cashier mimicked my voice to her coworker when I asked for a receipt. She also never produced the receipt.
