Whomever this Sidney girl is that works behind the counter needs to find a new profession. I have NEVER met someone so incredibly rude as she was, her attitude is completely unacceptable! Not our fault that the drink order was written down incorrectly, does not give her the excuse to throw things behind the counter and treat a customer like crap. Ive never told someone to drop the attitude like I had to with her...UNBELIEVABLE!

Terrible service. I waited in line and was.ignored while the staff took orders from.people who came in after me. When I finally ordered the genius making the drinks lost my order. When they finally made it they screwed it up. I pointed it.out to them and.they were not overly concerned. They also overcharged me. Not a good Starbucks

Nice people but extremely slow compared to the normal Starbucks. Perhaps it is because it is a private location not corporate. I have waited literally 4-5x longer each visit compared to corporate locations. They need more people, waiting 20mins or more for a coffee isnt worth it.

Great frappuccino but the service was terrible. Guy making the drinks seemed unhappy with his job and practically pushed them off the counter toward me. Dont expect much from the service here.. worst Ive seen at a Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff acted like they didnt care about their jobs. Very rude and slow. They had the chairs stacked up and were mopping floor an hour before closing. Sad that this is the only Starbucks in Cocoa Beach.

Inside the hotel, which makes parking occasionally tricky. I dont usually go to this location because it isnt a stand alone store. Close to Ron Jon and one of few Starbucks Ive found in Cocoa Beach.

Inside Ron Johns makes it inconvenient unless youre actually in Ron Johns. Basically not a place to grab your morning coffee before work. But its the only Starbucks in Cocoa Beach

Went here two mornings in a row while on vacation at cocoa beach. It was the grumpiest most inattentive service I have ever had at Starbucks. Get your act together.

Staff is excellent! Always have great service! Try to go at least 3-4 times/week. Never have a problem, always a very friendly staff! Make the best drinks around!
