I have been coming here for years. About 2 weeks ago they had their expresso machine fixed. Since its been quote unquote fixed, Ive ordered a latte and Ive had grounds in the bottom of it each time. So after two full weeks of ordering a different drink to give the machine time, I asked the girl today if it had been remedied and she lied straight to my face and said yes. This is the latte I got today in the picture. Those are espresso grounds all over the bottom of my cup, that I ended sucking up through the straw. Starbucks is not a cheap place to get coffee so I do expect it to be correct. I will tell you all there are two other places next door... one is in the mall and one is in Cocoa Village and they are phenomenal! I just spent so much time and money with Starbucks and they dont seem to care at all that this is happening. I dont want a different drink... I want the drink that I want and I want it with no expresso grounds in it and I really dont think thats too much to ask!

Im a daily Starbucks customer - sometimes more - so I was thrilled when Merritt Island finally got its first stand-alone store. The location is good; the store layout conducive to work or leisure; the menu - standard Starbucks fare, which is why regulars are regulars. The staff, however, though perfectly acceptable, lacks the personality and friendliness that other locations where I have been a regular posses. Greetings are subdued and perfunctory, and Ive seen more life at wakes. They also seem to have to think about everything they do and multitasking (essential for really good baristas) is almost non-existent. Anything that needs to be warmed will definitely slow you down! They lack that one or two charmers who bring so many Starbucks to life. So go for your routine; just dont expect it to "feel like home". Unless youre in a lifeless marriage.

The first star is for the Cashier who was great while taking my order. The next star is for the Man at the drive thru who acknowledge that i was standing in front of him with a greeting. The drinks were prepared correctly but because the two ladies making the drinks did not want to acknowledge my presence, they forgot to give me my muffin. I called to back to have the issue corrected and the phone number was that Google has is not a working number. First bad Starbucks experience.

I vacationed in town for about a week and I enjoyed stopping by this location every morning to see the welcoming smiles or the cashiers. I enjoyed discussing with them about different locations I could visit and they were really helpful. The baristas at this location are superb and Ive seen them go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Being a partner myself, I really respect and appreciate all the efforts of the workers at this location. Much thanks for everything!

I REALLY like this Starbucks, but it is way too cold most of the time. I have had to start meeting friends elsewhere because we cannot stand freezing. Addition-- new problem at this Starbucks. Wifi that does not work consistently. If you are someone who uses coffee shops as an office away from home, this may not be the spot for you. Too many times recently, I have had to relocate in order to be productive while enjoying good coffee and snacks.

This is the fourth time you have messed up our order! I shouldnt have to check inside the bag or sip the coffee to make sure its correct, what is this McDonalds with a Starbucks sign out front? Your staff needs training, the most important reason people pay extra for your products is for the experience and the culture Starbucks has built. This location lacks that personal experience and culture from the staff.

Love THIS location!!! Far superior to Barnes and Murrell where they have messed up something every time I go there. Last time they charged my debit card twice and I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank because the Manager couldnt make things right. Shout out to Mark, Debbie, and Kyle. Excellent starbucks that is always stocked and a joy to go to. I come here sometimes to do homework or work on group projects. The staff is friendly and quick and they always spell my name correctly. It is a smaller store so parking can be a small issue but thankfully there is a publix right next to it so there is no problem with the short walk.

The WIFI at this location is always a drag. Joe is great, but they really need to hire an employee to stand by the router to push the reset button every 5 minutes. Pointless enjoying your cup of joe inside. Just go to mcdonalds to use there slow yet working wifi. Starbucks sandwiches are great but wifi not so. Hello Mickey Ds. Im loving it!

Great Starbucks. Constantly gets my order correct. Pretty well stocked and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Great lattes, especially the green tea. A little hard to find, if you dont know what youre looking for, though they are easy to get in and out of once you find them.

Never constant , depending on who is working. I think some of the young girls there are mad At the world, or maybe me, who knows. If you Want to talk to each other you better bring a Megaphone as the music is so loud you either Need that or sign language.

I like this place more when the women are running it. The men seem to want to leave at the end of the night, so all the outside lights go out before closing to discourage customers from coming into the store. I wish they would stay open until 11 PM.

Really bad staff. Can u get an order right? Make sure u check ur order. Heads up - I was told that the size of their shots have gotten smaller, figures. Wish there was another coffee place around. Im going to have to get a espresso machine lol

I love my local Starbucks. Whether you go inside or drive thru its always quick ! Having the Starbucks app makes it even easier. The searing inside it always plentiful and there is a great outdoor covered area with half a dozen tables.

Yes i go to this starbucks everyday. And for the last week they have messed up my order everytime. Like today i got a Grande mango tea lemonade. First off it was warm, there was no ice in it, and it had no mango flavor what so ever.

I order 2 iced coffees and a Frappuccino. They were all just a little off. Maybe the girl was new. I didnt have time to go back and have them remake. My wife actually threw the Frappuccino out and didnt even drink it.

I really like this place because it offers outdoor sitting area. However i dont like their chairs, they are so hard and not that comfortable. If you just want to stop by grab a drink, its perfect

Great place to fill up on your caffeine needs. During morning and afternoon usually crowded, even drive trough. Friendly staff. Inside is usually freezing, so if planning to stay, bring a jacket.
