Just coming to the drive thru and Im sitting there for a good 5 mins waiting to say something that they are ready to take my order; my 5 mins turned into 10 mins. Im sitting there saying hello; saying Im ready to order when you are; no one came to the speaker to say Im sorry for the long wait or hold on just a moment; nothing. After trying to get there attention hoping that the person(s) hear me from the speaker. I had to call them direct and a gentlemen picked up the phone and Im asking him is someone working the drive thru; he said yes; asking me how long i have been waiting; advised to him the estimate time of wait; then he came on thru. When I was done after 1 min they took the orders from the cars behind me right away. The service was real slow; not sure what was going; the last two Sundays I did not have no issues.

The slowest fast food service I ever experienced and its the same every time.i thought that only drive ins were slow, so I tried drive thru, waited couple of mins at the mic and Noone greeted me, I even kept saying hello and no response. Aftet pulling up the cashier stated their machine keeps going on ane off. Its a fast food restaurant, not sure how they can let something like that happen. My first job was at a fast food restaurant and the place wouldnt have lasted at all with the service like this. All I ever get is a drink here and still same slow service, since drive thru is not any quicker, I think this would be my last time coming here. If you are okay spending 20 mins here then go, otherwise avoid. Also dont expect much customer service.

This sonic is absolute trash. You wait forever, they get your order completely wrong. I dont know why they make it so difficult. Its like they dont want to make money. Most of the employees are awful. They just act incompetent. Ive worked in fast food before, years ago when I was a teen. Its not that hard. Its literally just paying attention, having an ounce of good customer service, and the reading ability of a kindergartener. Its not rocket science. I dont understand how one business can get so many complaints and the owners and sonic couldnt care less. You could have a really fine establishment. All the ones Ive been to in other states held a standard. This one unfortunately doesnt.

I used the drive through a little after 8, 2 cars infront of me. I waited at the drive through for over 15 minutes before anyone took my order of 1 chocolate shake. She was very rude, when I got to the window, she was walking away. No one at the counter, 2 cars behind me. I could see a 3 workers standing opposite of the window, talking and laughing. I literally waited 15 minutes. The man behind me asked what was taking so long...I told him what they were doing. He came and looked it. We both left. That entire group should be fired. They should probably be inspected as well .

I had a GREAT time here with my family Wednesday night! It was very busy but the server, Kamia was very helpful. We were starting to grow angry that night because we waited so long for the food but when she came, she had such a positive attitude and was full of energy! It seemed as if her and another boy was the only ones working that night but they made it happen! On my next trip to FL I would be looking forward to going back to Sonic Drive-In. Thank you for making this a good experience with my family!

Incredible, pulled in and pushed to order no one answered waited about 10 minutes while still ocasionally pressing the button I never got an answer. No one was able to inform us wether they were going to take our order or what. So we pulled up to the drive up and they greeted us when we ordered no one ever answered. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. I went here wanting a simple meal, and so I ordered a burger fries and a drink. My drink was completely flat, I asked for another one and it too was flat. I finally gave up and just took a flat drink. When I got home the fries were cold and dry. (I live one minute away) The burger was also dry and tasteless, and has made me sick. The service here is completely horrible, it took 10 minutes to get my food.

Save your money, save your time, save your energy of getting in your car and driving to this horrific Sonic! every single time, never ever fails,! I come to this location they make my stuff undercooked, wrong, wrong order, hard, old! its never a complete satisfaction order never and Im not exaggerating. Absolutely ridiculous, nothing but kids run the place and theyre always laughing and playing even when you tell them they made your order wrong

I waited at the speaker to order for four minutes with no acknowledgement at all. There was only one other car ahead of me. As I drove away someone stood at the drive thru window and watched me go. It really seems that the staff has no concern whatsoever that people want to order food. This was 6:30 PM on a Friday. So, it was odd that there wouldnt be enough friendly staff at a time that they could be super busy, but werent.

Michael Garcia, the assistant manager, was a fine example of hospitalty; the kind rarely seen in fast-food chains. I was craving a corndog and knew nowhere but sonic to get them. So I rolled up and told him it was my first time there. Not only did he list off the deals I could get for coming in earlier, but he also showed an honest welcoming attitude. He even allowed me to sample a free slushy. I will certainly be back.

Very fast today. Tamera was so pleasant. Typically this place is super slow but today they were not. The young employee named Tamera was incredibly friendly and helpful and had a confident smile. A major contrast from the typical fast food employee. This place is really dirty though. A pressure washer and some paint on the patio would go a really long way for peoples experience.

Ordered my food, then was told they didnt have the whole order. So i ordered 2 other meals which didnt come out as meals. Only sandwhiches and drinks. When you say can i get a number 10 i want the meal if i wanted just a sandwhich i would have said other wise. First time trying out a sonic and didnt like it due to the service. Plus we waited 30 min for them to bring us our food.

It is an ok place...needs cleaner bathrooms and some updating or maybe just fresh paint. Sometimes their service is great and other times it sucks. It really depends who ot is. And lastly the intercom in drive through is horrible. Many times i just leave because either you can here them or they dont answer back so I assume they cant hear me. They definitely need some upgrades!
