We came here from out of town and absolutely loved it and will be back! The service is fantastic, from the hostess to the server to the Owner! The food is phenomenal... The bread, the salads and dressings, the gnocchi, the bolognese, the filet...and of course the wine!! The atmosphere is cozy and attractively decorated!! I wish Bistro 70 was closer to where we live...but dont worry, we wont hesitate to make the trip again!!

Wonderful menu. A local intimate high end feel. Dont let the entry way fool you the restaurant is fantastic. Weve dined on all things Bistro 70 and have never had a bad meal. If you give the chef enough notice he may have a special selection on the menu the evening that you go to dine. Seared lamb pops to sticky rice and ahi tuna its all delicious.

I have had the opportunity to eat here several times and also attend two different weddings were Bistro 70 provided services! The food is top notch fine dining with amazing results and taste bud sensations. If you are looking to spend an extra couple of bucks you will not go wrong! #Cheers to good eats!

Auful absolute garbage... This place used to be amazing, I heard they lost there Chef! hasnt been the same since, menu descriptions exaggerated in comparison to what you receive items are small pasta dishes are out of this world expensive. Great place to go if you want to be disappointed.

Me and my fiance frequent this establishemt. Best food in the Lake county area if you ask me. Owner/Head Chef is a great guy, and can make you a meal that you will not forget. Everyime i eat here I am more than satisfied with the service and quality. A+++

There is something for everyone on the menu. We had a filet with truffle butter that sent me into heaven. My husband had fresh grouper with crabmeat. Omg. Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient service. The best in Lake County.

The duck is excellent every time! You forget your in Painesville. You could be in a bistro in New York or Chicago. Other menu items are awesome. If you love great dining and wine to go with the food this is the place to go.

Quite a surprise finding a restaurant of this quality in Painesville, but very much appreciated. Thus is a great place for a date if you dont mind slightly more expensive dishes.

I learned Never to talk politics with friends at dinner here! This is a place you MUST try. The entrees are inventive & fresh - and if you are a Martini fan - youre in Heaven!
