Buffalo Wild Wings is a place that tries to be a sport bar. Like a janitor that tries to be a business man. He try so hard to follow his step but in the end he is still a janitor. Deep down Buffalo Wild Wing is something else, everytime I order wings it comes dried up and sometimes cold, same thing with the boneless. What gets me is that when I address the situation with the waiter/waitress they give me a look like Im crazy and what they will do is waste 30 minutes of my time getting a small cup of the sauce or take back my plate and drown my chicken in the sauce. Another thing is when you ask something they kinda have that irritated look in their face and from there on they serve you with a attitude. One thing I dislike the most in this place is when you would like to watch a live game going on they will give you a hard time just to change the channel. Is this not a sport bar? Waitress:"Glee show no problem Ill put it in a second but if you wanna see the Cowboys lose to the Panthers than I have to ask the manager". Pricey chicken wings that can feed ants, bad service with a turtle speed food delivery and check. if I wanted to watch a game and eat some good wings this place would be in the bottom in my list.

Yesterday I went to the BWW to watch the WNBA FINALS game. I was looking forward in enjoying the game while eating some great wings, but that came to an end before it even started. I asked the host if they were going to play the WNBA game he looked puzzled and went to ask a manager. I was standing there for like 10 minutes then he comes back and says No, that the manager said they did not have the game. I was shocked because the game was being played on ESPN and every sports bar has that channel. So I asked him again are you sure, so you cannot put it on any screen for me, he said no sorry. I felt like I was being discriminated because it was a womens game. The BWW was pretty much empty so the manager could of atleast put one screen on the WNBA game. The main reason I chose BWW over any other sports bar was because on the website it says, "if you want to watch it, we will put it on". I was very unsatisfied because that did not happened. I was very unsatisfied that I left.

Been here a few time and while the food is awesome most the time its hard to get service or waited on. It is a bar and grill so guess the crowd drinking gets more attention due to tips are higher im sure but servers need to at least make sure the person who ordered a burger gets it somewhat warm and at least one refill would have been nice (Went to the bar to refill it myself :) ). I wont dock them to much for the staff since Ive been in enough places to know its hard balancing the drinkers and eaters (For those who dont know beer liquor sale are leaps and bounds more profits and tips and pushed heavy by management in most places) but I would like once to be greeted and seated within 5 minutes and seen by a server within 20...also for the Hostess to not tell me if I need my order its better to goto the bar since they cant avoid or ignore me.

Poor service, food was no better. Server took awhile to come to the table to take out order, after taking our order the food took forever to come out. (We were only two people) not to mention only 4 other families were in the building. After receiving our food, it took another 10mins to receive ranch for our meal. After receiving the ranch, turns out the long wait wasnt worth it because the boneless wings were hard and dry, I had one and didnt finish it. Had to ask for refills (horrible). To top it all off when our check came I was being charged for the wings. I asked to speak to a manager and he took it off the check. Our waiter was very inattentive and seemed as if he didnt want to be there nor do his job. He kept disappearing and not returning to the table. Slow and poor service, will not return.

Excelente lugar para ver encuentros deportivos americanos, poco soccer, y casi nada de ligas o torneos latinos, las alitas son ricas y si son amantes del picante se darán un buen banquete, poco español (o casi nada) en la atención, pero es buena la comida... El precio es alto pero vale la pena por la ambientación del lugar, no es mi favorito es está temática pero esta bien.

The waitress Jessica was very rude, the food was not what I expected. I ordered popcorn shrimp with a choice of sauce, I asked the waitress if the sauce comes on the shrimp. Jessica stated it did, when I received my food it was dry, I asked the waitress about this and she stated she would bring the sauce on the side and there was nothing she could do about that. I requested a cake for dessert that was stale and tasted like they just took it out the refrigerator, cut it into pieces and threw it in a black bowl to disguise how disgusting it actually was. NEVER AGAIN!!!Not my first bad experience with the food but first bad experience with the service, very disappointing.

Food was pretty good, has buffalo chicken wrap and fries w/ sweet tea during Superbowl. Wing prices are high (over $1.00/wing), and unfortunately there was a very loud and obnoxious fan banging stools on the ground repeatedly in order to make noise whenever his team got positive yardage, staff attempted to get him to calm down but he persisted and was not removed from the restaurant, not sure if a manager ever talked to him (but I believe his alcohol was cut off so that is a plus in my opinion). Food was pretty good, Staff was friendly, but prices a little high for wings so I couldnt enjoy them.

The loaded tots here were very good! But was disappointed with their wings, which is a shame since the name of this chain. Server was kind and helpful which is an important factor for me when reviewing a restaurant. There were groups of children running around the restaurant which I wished a manager would have mentioned something to their parents. The restaurant had the typical bar/chain restaurant smell which made me almost not eat here, but stayed since my friend really wanted to eat here. Since it is close to my residence, I will probably return, and hopefully the wings are Better!

My brother and I decided to have an early dinner for his birthday and had one of the best experiences weve ever had at a restaurant. Laura was our server and she went above and beyond. She anticipated our every need and was extremely sweet. The food was also great! We had the wedges as an appetizer with cheese and wings for our entrée everything was delicious. Laura even put in my sons mac & cheese first so he was able to eat while we waited for our food. It was such a great experience we will definitely be back and tell everyone that this is our favorite Buffalo wild wings!

Service was very slow, polite but very slow. Food was ok, its bar food and prices seem a little high for what you get. Took forever (about 20 mins) to get a server once we were sat. 3 tables after us got there drinks and food before we did. Order came out in parts and the server repeatedly messed up on sauces and then charged for extras. Got 3 beers and the last one I had to go to the bar to get. Found a hair in my wings and then had to wait another 20 mins to get replacement. There are a lot of wrong joints out there. Dont pick this one.
