Was physically assaulted by the "security" here as a result of some psycho saying that I threw a bottle at her when I was literally holding my only drink at the time of the assault. I was a bit inebriated and trying to avoid their contact so Im sure it wasnt 100% their fault but I ended up on the ground and with scrapes on my throat as a result of their physical contact with me. Didnt intend on returning regardless but only felt compelled to share my experience because of this outlandish treatment.

Terrible on a Browns home game Sunday.l! You have one bartender and she is struggling to keep up. A manager should be here for a NFL game to help out. The bartender did as well as she could with absolutely 0% help. She was very nice but she was stressed and I think that is unacceptaple for a manager to put that on one employee to run this bar. Umbelievable

The Basement is the BEST HANDS DOWN!! We really needed a place just like them with the bands, specials, & A STAFF THAT YOU CANT BEAT!!! Great food & prices too... Awesome wings!! 1st time here. Good place friendly barmaids. Great price on burger & fries on Tuesdays after 7., 2.99, also buck for bud light cans. 1st barmaid didnt mention buck a beer in bud lights, so I paid 3.00 for 1st beer of bud regular. That was disappointing . Buteveverything else

Great for any games but expect it to be crowded and loud during the big ones. Never have I seen so many TVs in one place. The food is alright and the beer selecting is large. The people and staff are friendly. The have a pool table or two.

FYI, when a party of five walks in the door try to greet them, wave or at the least make eye contact. The place was less than half full (6:30 pm 5/11) so you cant use "busy" as an excuse. Please have a talk with your staff.

Weve been there a few times since moving into the neighborhood and weve always had great service and the food is really good. Food specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are a great deal too.

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere for sports bar. Great burger, excellent fries, and the drinks arent bad either. It was a 30 minute drive for us and we are glad we did.
