We had a party of 15 or so last night. After we discovered our table on our own we waited 45 minutes to be able to order. During which our server accidentally kept spitting on me prompting me to use my napkin as a shield. Dropping dirty silverware on the floor and leaving it. Dumping refuse all over the silverware/place setting of the pregant woman with our party and then seeming annoyed when we asked for another. They served our children fermented "applesauce" that was grotesque. After waiting another 45 minutes for food the majority of our party was served. Myself and the pregnant woman waiting another 20 minutes for our entree which was served conveniently when everyone else was done eating. This consisted of two chicken parmesan dishes. Burnt chicken which overcooked cold noodles. (How do you f*** up chicken parmesan?) The glaze on the burnt - cold steak was nice at least. Furthermore no one seemed to care. I got to leave feeling Ill and actually having to feel guilty for leaving a $10 tip on a $130 bill. This place sucks. Avoid. Id rather have a McChicken and a steak bagel....place is gross

The place has definitely gone downhill. We went on a Tuesday for a birthday celebration. The waitress (who actually was good, although she got visibly annoyed when we were indecisive on the appetizers) offered us a bottle of cab that they were featuring so we agreed. She came back 5 minutes later and told us they were out of that bottle. Okay, so we got a different bottle. Then we went to order. They were "out of" the lobster mac and cheese my husband wanted from the menu. The waitress said this happens all the time at the "beginning of the week"... sounds like a management problem??? Then my son and I both ordered the ribeye medium rare... they were both done medium well. My baked potato was at least from lunch.... if not the previous day. We will certainly not be returning. Im very disappointed as this used to be a really awesome place to eat. :(

We held our 2nd Employee Appreciation Christmas party at Prime 93 last week and it was amazing! We had over 100 people in the banquet room for a sit down dinner, food was perfect and everything went as planned with Jenn. The place was decorated like a magical Christmas wonderland! The wait staff all evening was fantastic! They all did a great job! 2 of the ladies have been with the company a long time and were especially helpful and knowledgeable as always. They were all great and the cooks did perfect for cooking over 60 steaks at once along with all of the other entrees! Way to go to all the staff and thank you for making it a great night for our men and women who work so hard! We will see you next year to do business again! Lisa Devenport Barberton Tree Service Inc.

Nice atmosphere server was good until it was time to deliver food then refills on drinks were hard to get orders were messed up. Steaks had decent flavor but were definitely smaller that ounces on menu, no ones steak was cooked to temp specified in order. Baked potatoes were old probably from day before or had been held in a warmer since the begining of the day and reheated in microwave. Over priced for quality of food and service. I could have had a better steak and rest of a meal that looked presentable at Texas roadhouse had more flavor and was filling for half the price. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Will not be returning.

What a disappointing experience. Cold food that should have been fabulous. Loud music, u bless you are seated at the other side of the bar. My filet and risotto should have been great, but was cold like it just came out of the fridge. For $30+ for dinner I was super bummed. My daughter had chicken parm. Super hot chicken on a bed of ice cold fettuccine. From arrival to exit was over two hours. There were ten tables there. Food was cold. Will not return unless somebody from the family wants to go again to relive the Anthe days and kidney bean salad. I will however eat at McDonalds or Wendys before we arrive.

Our family attended the Easter Brunch April 20th all you can eat buffet. Believe me when I say you only went up once the food was disgusting. We were shocked It tasted like it was served from a can no seasoning at all. The ham tasted like spam and dont let me get started on the dessert because you couldnt eat them they were still frozen. Yes the lemon pie you had to use a jack hammer because thats how frozen it was no lie. Its the first time I ever went to an all you can eat buffet and stopped on the way home to eat something again. PS Very Bad!!!

A white tablecloth place you can wear jeans+. Food is excellent. Service is acceptable. Bar has lovely wood & glass ambience + dining tables. Overflow dining room has no windows & is rather plain. Banquet rooms have windows and are nicer. Too bad they replaced the bar piano player with a guitar + synthesizer so loud it impaired conversation on our last 2 visits.

If you like restaurants that are out of all the items on the menu, have slow service, and serve cold food. Then head on over to Prime, this is the place for you. I recently met ten of my friends here for a pre Christmas night out. It was a total disappointment to all of us. The staff was very friendly, but that is the only good thing I can say for this restaurant.

Prior to last weekend, I went there about a decade ago. Very little appears to have changed or been updated in that time frame except for the name. The food was marginal at best for myself and everyone that I was there with. The service was the one shining star. The two servers I dealt with were on top of their game.

Took my family to the Easter buffet this afternoon. We made reservations for 3pm and still waited a half an hour for a table. Food was just ok. The price per person was 26.50. They charged extra for drinks... tea and coffee. Desserts were still frozen when served. Very poor for the price. We wont be going back

This place is my new favorite place to hang and experience great food. I loved the appetizers on the menu, and the steak was maybe the best I have ever had. We got martinis and was amazed at how cheap they were! Music was a guitar guy playing really chill music. We will be back!

We just had a car club event in their banquet center. Everything was terrific! We were able to order from a limited menu, which we prefer to having a buffet. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was just the right size. I highly recommend them.

Prime 93 is now Bricco Prime. The best meets here from the old favorites of Prime 93 and the great menu of Akrons Bricco. Our drinks, service, and food were exceptional. Calamari, filet sliders, and tuna tacos were outstanding. Generous drinks, and wonderful atmosphere.

Hasnt been the same since it was Anthies. Food came out cold except for the last person whos food was just cooked. We were seated right next to the live music and it was so loud we couldnt carry a conversation. Service was fine.
