The Waffle House Experience. 04.01.2017 10:00AM. Ive eaten at a number of Waffle Houses not just here in Ohio, across the south and everything in between. This was not a good experience this time. Maybe I am getting old and I like to taste my food. Maybe I appreciate peace and order while I dine. With Waffle House you know what to expect, and I am allowing for that in my rating this time. There were like 8 women and 1 dude back there working. They did seat me promptly and took my order. Which the waitress repeated to the line cooks twice. Then half way through cooking it the line cooks asked her to repeat the order which she did. They still screwed up the order. Then, to add insult to injury a couple of the woman got pissed. Real pissed. Started slamming plates, silverware and cups around. It was at such a volume that the other waitresses couldnt even yell orders over the racket. Waffle House has always been and always will be a clusterfk in this regard. Its run by rich old white guys that are stuck in the fifties. Its none of my business what a person does to make a living. If you pay and treat your staff like they are nothing this is what you get. I have to bite my tongue here. The bathrooms? I have seen cleaner jail cells. I left and didnt touch a thing. This is the last time I will go to this location. I dont think I am that picky. A clean surface to eat. Get my order right, Keep your house in order, and a clean restroom to wash up. Simple. YOU FAIL. 1/5

My steak was so dry and could hardley chew, manager lady is always in their talking so rude to the servers, cussing at them and talking to them like they were 5 she clearly was having a bad day or is right out mean. Then she put my daughter out of the store and trespassed her for asking for her pay check because she always claims she is out of money and gives us the run around about her pay check. Then Deborah who I thought was nice will lie for her or do whatever the manager Sam tells her and even lie and cover for her. Its horrible to treat people the way that Sam lady does. either she needs to go take customer service classes or just do not work in it at all if she does not like her job.

This place is a complete joke not only could they not get our order right not the first time but they got it wrong 4 times and the manager sam a big white women wouldnt even come talk to us or apologise to us for the hour and a half wait time. And still tried to charge us full price. Dont event get me started on how dirty it was in the place the cook wiped his face with the same gloves he was using to cook the food and then put his gloves and the packet of mayo on top of our food. We will be contacting corporate and the health department.

I dont care. I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE! The staff arent thrilled to have to deal with me or my family, as their spirits have already been broken. The orders arent always correct the first time, but they get it right eventually. Sure as heck, the food is not on any cardiologists recommended diet list. But Waffle House is always what you need for a fair price. Steak and Eggs for $10. HELZ YEAH!

They actually have a great low carb scramble you can put together yourself here while your non diabetic friends can get waffles and pancakes. I get the two egg scramble with cheese, ham, mushrooms, grilled onions, and 2 extra eggs, with a side of bacon and sliced fresh tomatoes, and its great and around 10 bucks. Definitely exceeds expectations.

i had a horrible time at this location . the survive was horrible . my bacon was burnt the butter was completely melted, the lady didnt even give me enough forks for my carry out . the lady that helped me had a poor attitude and was rude when we arrived . they over changed for the whole order . dont go to this location you will not be satisfied

Some of the family and I went here for breakfast Christmas morning (2016). They were very busy with a waiting list. They seated other people that were below us on the list. Upon realizing they did that, they apologized and seated us next. The food was well portioned and very tasty. For the remainder of the visit, the service was good.

Upon arrival there were no clean tables the rest of the store was disgusting so we sat at the counter it was the worst i cant describe how bad. A costumer that said he used to be the GM was walking behind the counter with a tank top around food 3rd shift is the laziest group of people i have ever seen working in my life

My experience was HORIBBLE. The lady named margarita had an horrible attitude with me. I told her the pen wasnt working and she gave me another one and said okay and snatched the old pen out of my hand. And when she got white milk for me when I asked for chocolate milk she gave me a nasty look and said I know.

I have been to this waffle house and they have a very good service. Especially out waitress Jinna is amazing. She gave is one of the royal treatment and I promised myself to visit this place regularly because of her. Thank you Jinna, you are one of the kind person I have met in my entire life.

Our all time fav place to eat. Love the pecan waffles with choco chips. The chef is really good. Talks well and cooks really well. The hashbrowns he makes are definitely the best. How can i forget scrambled cheese omelette! Yum!!

Worst ever sevice. The last time I was there, they didnt bring me the waffle, then they burt it, the scrambled eggs were runny. Now i ask you how do you serve runny scrambled eggs. Trust me Ill never go back to this one

Staff on night shift is not professional! Their lazy messy on their phones while people are waiting for their food. The night shift crew that was there about 3 months ago was Excellent!!!!!! But they are all gone now.

Waffle House does have great waffles, and coffee. This store is hard to get in and out because of location at a very busy intersection. you need to be going West to enter and exit safely.

Poor service order wrong twice had no gravy!! SERIOUSLY?? Out of gravy??? Oh and the air conditioner was dripping on my back from ceiling AND THE BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY DISGUSTING
