Ive been to Five Guys in different cities and this is the worst service so far. I have ordered online several times and had to wait just like those who order at the register. My last order I ordered a bacon burger but received a burger without bacon, of course I had ordered online and waited over 30 minutes in the store to get my order and later found that it was wrong. The burger is good but the service is negative. It has not always been like that but I have noticed some changes lately. It wont stop me from eating Five Guys burgers but no longer at this location.

Great burgers whether you like everything on it, or my personal favorite of barbeque sauce and cheese. Always give an overflowing cup of fries, so a large will usually be too much. Open design and free peanuts while you wait reflects the friendly vibe of the staff.

Ordered online and my food was ready by the time I got there. They didnt load up my fries until I got there so they were nice and warm. The person that handed me my food was super friendly. Food was delicious as expected.

Good food. A little pricey. Thought our food would have been served in a basket since we ate inside the restaurant. Food was bagged up like a carry out. Employees very nice and waited on us immediately.

Love the burgers here. Menu is simple, just have to get used to ordering everything you want on it. You can share the fries with someone because they give you tons. Bonus: they have mellow yellow!

Great hamburgers and fries, usually more than you can eat. The ONLY downside is the price. Its a bit to steep to eat there as much as youd like, considering how good it is.

Man, five guys serve killer burgers. I have eaten at Gordon Ramsays BURGR in Vegas and the burgers are comparable to this cheaper chain. Fries are killer, amazing concept.
