They dont really tried to keep quality food ready to go. Ive been eating here on and off for about two years. In the morning the staff is quick and the food is usually pretty good. The hash browns or 50-50 you may get one soft one but usually youre going to get one thats too hard to eat so you get about half of the combo that you purchased in the morning. The average cost for a combo is $6 or $7. If you go in the evening its nice and convenient and thats the only reason I go but if you order a bagel its going to be hard as a rock. If you order anything with bread on it its usually going to be very hard and difficult to eat. I ordered a sandwich with chicken and bacon but the chicken seem to set out for about 3 hours before it was put on to the sandwich it seemed like it might have been from the morning time. It seems like because the restaurant is 24 hours they put the good staff in the morning time and anybody whos on second and third shift really does not want to be there. The only time that I would suggest ever going to Tim Hortons would be in the morning on your way to work and hope that you can get a hash brown thats edible. This particular location and is in a very busy very popular area yet after good morning Rush there seems to be no dedication to preserving the quality or service in this restaurant. I hope that this gets to somebody and they actually step up their game and try to do better.⭐⭐

The last time me and my wife visited this location through the drive thru the girl at the window was very rude and we had asked if they could make the donuts we ordered honey glazed and we didnt know we had to order them like that due to we dont eat donuts from tim hortons often. She said very rudely that we beed to make sure that we it that way next time and then it took them 5 to 8 minutes just for 2 dozen donut holes. When we got home we found that there were 4 donut holes missing out of the container and then called the manager and told them that they need to train their people how to treat their customers better and to learn how to count. Will never go back to this location.

AWFUL customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced out of all the places Ive been to. Their coffee is alright, depends on what day you get it. I always get a large iced mocha, some days its really cold and chocolately, but most of the time its luke-warm and hardly tastes like chocolate at all. Im not sure who the one manager is who happened to be training an employee today, but shes absolutely terribly. Shes incredibly rude and was being ridiculously rude to the employee she was training, right in front of customers, it became really uncomfortable.

Donuts good but staff incredibly inattentive and not helpful in anyway. Seemed liked we were bothering them. It wasnt very busy, we stood at the counter, completely ignored while 4 people talked and wandered around the drive thru window. We asked one employee behind the counter if we could order and they said they werent clocked in. A manager came out to help him clock in then left. We had to ask again if we could order. Very, very odd.

I made an urgent stop here with my four year old when she and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich somehow turned into a peanut butter and jelly backseat disaster. They gave me napkins and a towel and went way out of their way to help me. When I left I had a clean back seat and coffee. This is my one and only experience with this business, so I cant say how it normally is. I can only say that night the service was on point.

Good food and coffee but this store has the most unfriendly team, not only that, they dont listen to what you want. I live close by and this store on my way to work, its convenient to stop by and get my breakfast or coffee. But 1 out of 3 times I go there I get treated like trash no thank you no welcome and I get my order wrong. Even when I called the manager there he didnt care about what I was telling him.

DO NOT use this Tim Hortons location.. one word BUGS..there were ants on the counters and flies buzzing through the inside,,Food is definitely not fresh..like youd want to eat it..I dont know how they pass health inspections!! I have never had a problem at the Tim Hortons on 665 Miamsburg Centerville Rd or 5798 Springboro Pike.. I will never use the location on Monarch Ln. ever again!!

Best service I have had from a Tim Hortons ever! Not only was the staff nice to me, but I witnessed them being ever so patient with a little old lady, who had to be 85, digging through her purse for the correct change.
