I have given this Tim Hortons more than enough chances. I have never came home from ordering and had my order correct. Today, I ordered croissant sandwiches and got biscuits... On another occasion I ordered hash browns as my side items with two combos, I see that the hash browns are missing before I pull away and go inside to get them. The employees seemed very put out that they had to correct this mistake, Im sorry that I want what I paid for.... But, after they gave me the bag with hash browns, which I didnt check, I got home and they were undercooked, extremely soggy, they could only be bothered to give me one side of them, when I ordered two. And thats just the two, most recent encounters. I hate to see businesses shut down, but this place either needs to go out of business or it needs new ownership/management. I wont be back, Ill drive a little farther for Dunkin!

I came to this location and went through the drive thru. The lady did not understand what I wanted but took my order without clarifying so I ended up paying more. I was okay with what I ended up with because the food tasted good and the drink tasted better than expected. The horror that I experienced didnt come until several hours later when the ice in my drink melted. I went to take a drink of my half empty cup when I noticed a clump of black hair. This was a problem since Im strawberry blonde. I did not call this establishment since so much time passed although I should have it was pretty disgusting which was sad since I actually liked their food and drinks.

VERY VERY UNHAPPY! Ordered 2 bagels of the same kind, and drove home and it wasnt what we ordered. They ARE messing up SIMPLE orders and that is ridulous! Then I call them and drove all the way back to get what I ordered and ask if i could get a free of something, and they said no. That is NOTTTT very good customer service. And I advise anyone who goes there, something will be messed up with your order. SO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. I will be turning them in to the BBB. The manager was to scared to come to the window to talk to me. That is ridulous to, she was avoiding the situation. She needs to be fired.

The ONLY reason I come here because they have better breakfast options than other fast food chains around. Although the workers are very nice, there is always SOMETHING wrong with my order. Paper in my sandwich, a flat pop, I ask for a donut but I get a hashbrown. And most days I can easily spend 7 to 10 minutes in the drive thru line. While in college I use to work at a Tim Hortons (Dave Cropper) and there is no way he would allow someone to be in the drive thru that long. We would all have been fired.

This is the worst Tim Hortons ever, I love thier coffee, but whenever I order anything else, its always wrong including a simple iced cap coffee, and usually i need to drive all the way back to the store because no one answers thier phone, so I think in the future another location further away will get my business instead, not sure if its the management or the workers but it seems both need to be better trained.

We hadnt been here in a while, so we decided to visit. The lady at the register misunderstood my order 3 times, even though I told her the number from the menu that I wanted. Then she told the person preparing the food that I was driving her crazy. This place is dirty, not well managed and I didnt appreciate being insulted...especially when the mistake was hers. I wont be back.

The food was good but the service was amazing, the manager there Justin took care of a messed up order from the day before and gave me a free meal, made it fresh and turned my worst experience into my best experience at Tim Hortons.. highly recommended to go during an evening when hes there if you want to be treated right and have fresh food.

Worst Tim Hortons in area! Twice Ive gone there they were out of every donut I could think of ordering. The last time I went thru the drive-thru at 6 p.m. and the worker came out and said they were closed. All the lights were on! And no explanation after I sat there waiting. Terrible, terrible service! I will go to Dunkin Donuts from now on.

Had a very pleasant experience every time we stopped in on a trip for a nieces wedding. The staff even sold me a Tims coffee mug, which Canadian locations had not been able to do - it was on their register screens. I would like to see if I can have certain coffee products shipped from this location to me. Ill be calling!

Horrible customer service from one of the employees and the manager couldnt control her or get her to even listen when he continuously told her to stop yelling at me and leave the area! I will be calling the corporate offices over this matter because it got so out of hand!

Ive given this Tim Hortons several chances and they always fail. Now we just drive to a further location when we want coffee because this one just isnt any good. The coffee at all of the other Tims taste this same, except this place. Im not sure why they are different.

The place looks a little run down, the donuts and coffee taste different then in Canada, but what do you expect? This is Merica. You came to a Timmies as Canada nostalgia, if you expect perfection either take a drive up north or go to Starbucks.

They have no idea how to run a store. Every time we go it seems like theyre in the middle of a disaster. They run out of everything and their smoothie machine is never working, etc. Go to the one across from Cheeks, theyll hook you up!

This tim hortons is nasty. The employees are rude, they never get my order right. I rather drive the extra 5 mins and go to the good one by the mall. Honestly this tim hortons needs better employees and to check quality in product.

Worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to! They have absolutely no muffins at all available, gave me 3 separate sandwiches instead of a bag, coffee with no sleeve, horrible! Never going there nor recommending this location.

Hard to claim that TH is exceptional or unique, but it a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cheddar cheese bagel is like a good friend you can always count on! For coffee, its hard to beat a double-double!

Watery smoothies, rarely gets an order right the first time. Blueberry bagels and muffins are always out, went this morning and got the wrong sandwich 3 times, from the manager as well. Never going back.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Dayton. Slow service times & incompetent/disrespectful workers. They cant even answer simple questions without an attitude. Hire better employees. Problem solved.

I cant tell you how many times Ive visited for breakfast at breakfast time and they were out of items such as eggs, bacon or bread. I dont get that. Coffee is lame. I no longer go to Tim Hortons
