Was a long time patron of this location (since 2011 even when it was Caribou). Just within the past 3-4 months, the quality dropped sharply. The wait inside and drive-through has increased significantly. The last 5 visits here, twice I have gone back to return my beverage because it tasted like only hot milk. This last visit today, I watched the teenage crew as they (not even halfheartedly) put together everyones order. I then brought my wife her coffee less than half a mile away. Thats when I found my coffee to be room temperature and the wifes was still piping hot. Even though mine was the last one made. I will never go here again. I did just find the location at Bridgewater Falls, which is closer to me.

Always friendly! Today there was a woman in front of me who was rude and yelling at the young man working the drive thru window over a minor error while he was correcting it. Instead of being flustered, he shook it off and apologized for my wait before handing me my coffee and wishing me a good day with a smile on his face. As a restaurant manager I know how hard that is to do sometimes. I just wanted to say thank you to him for making my day a little better despite the fact he wasnt having a good one.

There are a couple staff that make it nice to go. But some of the staff talk about customers on their headsets. Negative talk. They need to do their jobs and service customers. Leave their poor life style check at the front door. This posting may get retaliation. Its to be expected.

This starbucks is fantastic simply because of the people that work there. They are fast and efficient, but they are also so kind and fun to talk to. They really treat everyone that walks in there just like family.
