One of the worst Starbucks Ive been to and unfortunately with it being walking distance from home its too convenient to boycot. The big issue is customer service!! I continually use the app to order ahead. Most times my order is on the counter but getting an associate to acknowledge you and get my order is the big issue! Other locations leave the orders on the counter where you can walk in and get them yourself. Others at least say hello and ask how you can help. 9 out of 10 times youre better off just ordering on site as youll get better service. Terrible & unacceptable! Theyre usually out of add ins too such as cream, sugar, cinnamon, stirrers, and those things. Again, getting attention to have these filled is impossibly difficult. Improve your customer service and this location would be 5 stars like most others.

Terrible customer service I ordered my drink drank half of it noticed there were ants in the bottom of it then I took it back the girl that was at the window shook it so she couldnt see the ants the manager came to the window and seen were there were ants and gave me my money back!!! NASTIEST Starbucks ever.

Tend to run out of featured item ingredients but I continue to go to this location just because the staff is awesome. Seem genuinely sorry if they are out of an ingredient and always friendly, unlike some other stores nearby. Thanks for being top notch guys.

One of the friendliest and quickest Starbucks I have ever been to. They know my wife by name and know her regular order. Havent had a problem there yet in over two years of patronage. Food is always hot and orders spot on. Looking forward to the next time!

Baristas are rather slow at making drinks and drive through is extremely slow. They run out of product too quickly. Other than that, the drinks come out just fine.

Can get quite busy here and I seem to get quite a few faulty cups that leak, but the coffee is pretty good and the patio is always nice in the fall.
