My boyfriend and I went into the Starbucks by our house at around 8:30pm. Both he and I have previously been Starbucks Baristas for 4 years each. We were standing at the register, waiting to be addressed as 2 employees literally just kept walking by us, not bothering to say hello or that theyd be with us in a minute or anything. They looked at us and just kept doing what they were doing. When I was about to turn to my boyfriend to say "forget this", the barista finally managed to saunter over to the register. The tone of his voice was clear: "Im over this and I dont care about you". We tried to be friendly, but when we ordered a drink it was clear he was annoyed. We were there 30 minutes before the store closed! Trust me, after working at Sbux for 4 years, I know what that feels like when a customer shows up after youve cleaned the machines and put everything away. But there were other customers in the store and nothing had been broken down. He begrudgingly made the drink, which took way longer than it should have taken to make a tall eggnog latte. I know, Ive personally made them. It took almost 10 minutes and he paused in the middle to remove his apron and plop it aside. Furthermore, it was the single absolute worst drink Ive ever received from a Starbucks... anywhere. We took it to go and when I opened the lid, the cup was barely filled halfway. The milk was luke warm, the flavor was sour and when I got to the bottom of the drink, there was so much nutmeg, it was legitimately like I was chewing sand. Next time, shove off Rookie, and Ill show you how its done. I am unbelievably shocked that Im having to write this review but this was bar-none the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I wont be going back to this Starbucks.

I visit start bucks often to study. This is the worst location I have ever been too.. The whole morning staff on Monday September 19, 2016 around 10AM were horrible. I ordered coffee and a bagel. It took 30 minutes to get my coffee because they forgot. Then I went to get cream and they were out. I told the staff and this one girl in particular ignored me. Shes light skin with long hair. she was wearing a bun on the top of her head and the rest of her hair was down in the back. I understand they are busy, but if someone ask you a question then you should answer and not ignore it. When they finally got more cream they wanted ME to take it to the condiment table... I will not be back to this location.

This store parking/drive through set-up is horrendous. The drive through is preposterous as it took 13 minutes the other morning to get a coffee (I wouldnt say it was overly busy either). Nobody can pull in the parking spaces because the drive through line waits behind those cars. Even if I pull in a different store and walk over, the inside service takes even longer than the drive through. And, its not as though they are short staffed, but I see a lot of bodies running around and not many bodies making the coffee. I absolutely hate coming here in the morning before work. Starbucks morning service, in general, has gone down. If Caribou were closer, Id be there every day.

We have tried to give this location a chance time, and time again. However their rude and condescending attitude caused me to leave without ordering this time. Id be more than willing to drive out of my way to any other location in the area, than to give them any business. A gentleman who works there decided to walk past me 3 different times before even looking at me, and still never saying anything. The lady there acted extremely agitated that I wanted to order anything. This is only one of he negative instances that has occurred over the past 2 months. I really hope corporate steps in soon.

I am very highly satisfied with this Starbucks location. Especially, this worker I met there, named kiddy her smile is very warming and always lightens up my day, and every single time I go there she is always there smiling and is always happy and Im glad she is there.And is one of the few workers over there that I actually enjoy talking too but aside from that this Starbucks overall is very nice. Especially the appearance is absolutely stunning!

Coffee is good as always , however, service here is terrible. Ive been coming here in the past 12 months - the server/cashier is always staring me in the face , not in the nice way, like I am out of this world. I never get a greeting or a follow up to a good morning or how are you today. Theyre always continuing chatting with their customer thats already been served up to 15 min before serving the next customer.

Bad experience. Dont get venti size from this store. They leave the top a third of the cup empty. If you come on business day, their workers will not be nice to you especially in the afternoon. If you get the middle age woman to take your order, you wont be happy. It is also possible that they will forget your order which happened several times to people around me. Its reasonable that Starbucks got sued recently.

The staff @ this location are lacking brain power to say the least. I always take my dog with me after a run and get her a puppichino (a cup of whip cream). I have got that at this location for years. Today I was told that they have never done that at this location and said I could not have a cup of whip cream. Will not be going back to this one ever!

I frequent this location, and rarely had any problems. One morning I received a bad order. I called these guys up and they took care of me next time I went in. I didnt even have to remind them who I was, they remembered. The best service Ive had anywhere in a while. Wonderfully run Starbucks. Thank you all!

Twice at the drive-thru I said I wanted an extra shot with my drink. Pulled up to the window and asked if I was getting the extra shot. Nope she said at the window then she turned to the side where they have pots of made coffee and a minute later handed me back the same drink saying it was fixed.

Just stopped by and they were out of all coffee besides Pike roast. Horrible drive through service. Had to repeated myself time and time again. The employee never once understood me, like she was halfway listening. Horrible! Never had such a ridiculous experience at a drive through.

Awful. Sat in the drive thru for FORTY FIVE minutes only to be handed the wrong drink. Clearly the management is horrible and really needs to improve most of their processes. Dont think they represent the brand of Starbucks well AT all. Will not be going back.

Very nice coffee shop, typically I go through the drive thru but today I went inside. Aside from the parking nightmare this is a real nice place to go and have a good cup of coffee and a meeting. Pretty nice view of the new braves stadium too!

Extremely slow service like other posted. They never check their Web orders, so youll have to go in for them to start working on your drink. I dont think theyre understaffed, I think that most of the people working at this location are lazy.
