I love Chipotle. This location is AWFUL. Not all the staff, but most are incredible rude like people trying to get on mean tweets by Jimmy, and have less customer service skills than a drunk Ke$ha. If something is wrong it is always your fault in their eyes. Their chips suck worse than four day old Mccy Ds fries. Theyre most likely stale. If they arent stale and you are lucky to have a fresh batch there will be zero salt. The chance of you getting a decent bag of chips is almost as good as winning the loto. Lets not forget that they always charge me a different price for the exact same meal. EVERY TIME the price is different. They change the price of the same meal more times than a stripper gets $1 bills in a weekend. You are better off going to ANY other place in Austin Landing, or any other Chipotle where the staff wont change the prices, wont have awful chips, and you will have staff that doesnt treat you like a turd from an unwanted bird on your windshield. Just go somewhere else.

This is the absolute BEST Chipotle in this whole area, I feel its even better than Centervilles location. The service was on point when I went except they were out of BBQ but they made up with it by comping my meal which was an extremely nice thing to do. Their ingredients are very fresh and tasty also their chips taste EXACTLY how they are suppose to taste! They a fresh, crunchy, crip, and hot! They dont taste like they have been setting forever like the Springboro locations. I would highly reccomend this Chipotle because 1.The Food was out of this world, 2. The Service was amazing and friendly and quick, 3. The Location is CLEAN the parking lot is in very good condition unlike Springboro and the INSIDE of this Chipotle is AWESOME! 5Stars you guys ROCK!!

Normally these guys are good with everything. I go here because you can prepare a healthful meal if you get the right ingredients. Today I waited nearly 30 minutes for them to bring out brown rice (you should never eat white rice, the glycemic index is the highest, causing a huge insulin spike making you burn through your food in two hours or less ). Ive never known rice to take that long to cook. When they finally had some ready, they took it over to the phone order station instead of the main line , knowing I had been waiting that entire time. Why the bad review? Simple: Its Principal. I leave five star reviews for businesses that excel at customer service. This was not the case today at chipotle.

We love Chipotle but this location has issues. The staff failed to put shredded pork on my kids meals after I explained it twice. My bowl was half the size of my wifes. Lastly, most of the tables were dirty. I asked an employee if she would mind wiping down our table. She nodded but never did it. It appears this location suffers from lack of training and oversight (i.e., management). We will not go back.

Worst one in the area , way to long of a wait , white rice looked like mush , even the worker said "does this look right" .... Ahhhh No ! Then to top it off , the chips were stale and nasty ... Horrible , Ill drive to franklin or c vile ... To bad , all the other places at Austin landing are top notch ... Oh and the lady with the blue hair ... Just screems .... Does not lead , poor management

I write my fair share of bad reviews when I get bad service but rarely take the time to write good reviews for good service. So heres a big shout out to chipotle at Austin landing. This is by far the best location in the area. I go out of my way to come to this one. Service is quick, portion size is great and everyone is always super friendly! Thanks!

I asked if because they were out of fajitas when I ordered if they could give me a guacamole for no charge and I was told no. I understand that guac may be more expensive than their grilled veggies however it isnt my fault that they didnt have a main ingredient ready for me. I think they should understand when to step up their customer service.

This Chipotle is terribly slow. Yes, its a new store, but the people behind the counter arent even trying. Ive gone several times, at off-peak hours, and it was always a 10-15 minute wait in line before I even got to the counter to order. It is substantially faster to drive down to the Springboro store which is always very quick.

They should fire the Architect that designed this store. Entrance door is poorly placed given that there is always a line. The kitchen is in full view while waiting in line, so every box, dish, cookware is in plain sight. Unless the kitchen is spotless, it looks unkempt

45 minute wait for a corporate order that was sent well in advance. I physically watched an employee on his lunch break eat chips and put the remaining ones back on the shelf because he did not eat them all. Never will I return to this location.

Please, go to this Chipotle if you enjoy long waits. What would be a ten to fifteen minute long line at any other branch takes close to an hour here. Similar to waiting in line at an amusement park, it is not enjoyable to say the least.

Loved it! Simply excellent. Great portions, very warm and welcoming staff. The location is very clean. Surely 100% better than the Springboro location. I certainly do not mind driving 3-5 more minutes to get better service and food!

The slowest chipotle Ive ever been too. Many of the employees can not work on their own and almost seem to hand hold. Had 8 people in front of me and took 15+ min to order.
