Do not order online at this location. Out of 5 orders only 1 was correct and we were missing items. I called and explained what was wrong and that these were the smallest bowls I have ever seen. (we paid for extra meat on 1 and it had 6 pieces total). The manager tried to tell me that they only give 4 Oz of each item. I told her this was definitely not 4 Oz of anything. She told me "do you want free food or not because Im not dealing with you being rude". I will be calling the corporate office to report the manager tomorrow. This was the worst service we have ever received at a chipotle. Edit... I called back to get the managers name(Lauren) but ended up talking to another manager Margaret. Margaret was nothing but polite and professional. That is what I expect from chipotle.

Well the reviews on YELP/GOOGLE in and of them selves speak volumes but aside from that. A lot folks have told me not to come here because they had a bad experience..go to Springboro or Austin Landing ones. They (MONROE/LEBANON) are STINGY on portion sizes. The workers (EXCEPT the blond older lady who was ringing up the food<---she is a sweetheart) always have an ATTITUDE. who knows maybe (except the cashier) they hate their job ??? if that is the case it doesnt make it ok for them to take it out on the customers then wanna pout b/c they got put on blast for their rudeness. Like I said the older blond lady that rings up the food is the only thing WORTH it at this PUCKPOTLE .

First of all...... I walked in the front door ( the only one that was unlocked). I was immediately forced to join a que of what appeared to be extremely hungry people. I was probably the 20th or 5th person in line .... or something. I felt like just a number. Then I was forced to choose from a variety of toppings without any assistance from the Chipotle staff. With all of the possible combinations laid out before me...I was in over my head. The service was prompt and friendly.

I like chipotle but today 2/8/16 they apparently are doing a 4hour meeting and cant open until 3pm. How hard is it to schedule the meeting before 11am? How hard is it to do 2 meetings where one crew comes in and one goes to a meeting then vice versa? I drive a truck and not a lot of chipotle are near truck stops. I saw so many customers drive up and drive away. Super lame. You dropped the ball fully on this one.

Food was fresh, fast and delicious, and service great! Restaurant clean and well lit, but noisy; music volume makes normal conversation levels impossible. The only fatal flaw is only offering unsweetened tea. Where I come from, a lady would rather be stripped to the waist and horsewhipped in the town square than expect her guests to try to get sugar to dissolve in a cold glass of tea. How about fixing this?

This is possibly the worst store in the franchise. Theyre slower than a slow motion replay of a siberian snow storm. The staff is disinterested, and there doesnt seem to be anyone in charge. I continually receive poor service at this place, but love the food. That is, if I dont have to wait for them to scramble to make it. How do you run out of chicken at 6 ?

Used to eat hear a lot, but lately it has become very dirty, the tables have been dirty and their were flies all over the place including landing on my food. Also the parking lot is full of trash and mud from trucks parking in the adjacent mud lot. Need to put poles up, theirs a truck stop 100 feet down the road and the truckers are to lazy to walk.

I have ate at more than a half dozen Chipoltes and this is by far the worst. Told 3 different employees that the syrup in soda machine was out, not one person did anything about it. The burrito was poorly constructed, and the trash was overflowing. There were at least 9 people working and not one would help us with our service.

I love Chipotle! HOWEVER.... This location by far is the nastiest place Ive ever been to.. Upon walking in the first thing I noticed was garbage and food EVERYWHERE! On the floor and tables.. Very unsanitary and unpleasant.. I will avoid this location at all costs! Ps. Staff was very nice and welcoming on the other hand!

We have stopped at the Chipotle twice now. First time sunday evening they were out of burritos slow service very disinterested employees. This time was tonight sunday again. Horrible service dirty store and again disinterested staff. Will never stop there again. This location is a disgrace to the Chipotle name!!!

You cant get better customer service than this Chipotle. Everything was hot, fresh and ready to go. The staff seemed happy and delighted to serve me food. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they made my bowl just like I like it. Keep up the good work and the good food!

Sunday night rush, most tables and bathroom were so dirty. Employees were moving so slow while there was a huge line and the guacamole was 50% large chunks of avacado. No very friendly staff either. Usually Chipotles always provide a great experience, not this location.

Garbage cans were overflowing. Tables were filthy as were the floors. The bathrooms were disgusting and out of any kind of paper you might need. And all the while 15+ associates tripped over each other behind the counter and, in general, slowed up the flow of the line.

No complaints here at all with the food. It is consistent as other Chipotle restaurants. This location is almost always crowded though with a long line. The long line sometimes leads to not enough help in the dining room to clean tables.

Not the best service, but the main thing is that every single time we stop, the chicken is burnt. So badly that we have to pull the ends off the pieces. Lately,theyre running out of ckn. I think its just horrible management

Long wait but well worth it. Went about 8pm, monday, Aug. 8, 2015, so we expected a wait. New manager was very friendly. Have been here in the past and things are definitely better. Keep going in the right direction.

Your help was rude and unsanitary I watched a girl wipe down counter tops with her gloved then put them back in the food .The bathrooms were dirty with no toilet tissue and all tables were dirty

Clean restaurant, great bowls and a helpful staff. I like to squeeze lemon on my bowl and Chipotle stopped putting lemons at the beverage station. A staff member got me a half a lemon. Yum!

Service was great, cafeteria style, walk line as they make your food fresh with ingredients you want. Massive portions and fresh guacamole and salsas (ur choice of 4 heat setting on salsa)
