We are pretty much regulars - we go often and usually with a big group - Always a good experience. However, tonight we had for the 1st time a server called Kevin maybe? - most awful experience ever - young guy, latin, with VERY tight shirt, super cocky and arrogant, with way too much attitude to be a server - we are also of latin descency, so i believe it is not discriminatory coming from us: we said hi to him in Spanish, and he said in English I dont speak Spanish.. the way he acted and said it made us feel super bad, and immediately we switched to correct and proper English and profusely apologized - he then made a mistake and said a few words in Spanish in the middle of a sentence - so we asked him "do you speak or dont speak Spanish?" And in perfect, with no accent, Spanish said No, I do not speak Spanish. And continued to fervently denied he spoke Spanish meanwhile speaking it... long story short: we asked him to please send us someone else because it is the only time weve felt bad @ this restaurant. Someone else came and the night was great. I just needed to let anyone know that this one server thinks hes worth more than others because he can communicate in two lenguages - big deal. Good place, good food (one lousy server in the mix - if you get him, find someone else that deserves your tip) :)

We went in over an hr before close.. server seemed to be nice at first but then began to rush us.. food was okay but not $45 worth ive had better at taco bell.. i went to pay the bill and went to the restroom after that when i went back to the table my girlfriend had informed me the server came up asking "it says cash tip on the paper. Wheres the cash tip?" My gf then replied and said i was still in the restroom. "Well it says cash, and i wanted to know where it was" mind u i ALWAYS tip cash I have served before and every bit counts i do 20% or more she had an extreme additude. it completely ruined the whole dining experience. #1 rule you NEVER complain about tips around a customer let alone throw a fit over it to a customer especially one that will tip and tip well at that.. We could have dealt with the rushed service and the bland mexican food but that put the icing on the cake. I was absolutely appalled!

We went for a birthday party - there were 15 of us. Started with a margarita, very strong, but very delicious! A great deal at half off if you go during happy hour. Service was very friendly and fast. Even with the large group, they got all of our orders correct. The only reason I didnt give the fifth star is that I am not a fan of chain restaurants. I feel like the prices are a little high for the food that you are getting. Nothing too exciting.

This now our go to location for proximity as well as consistency. My recommendation is the burrito ranchero. I would have given 5 stars, however my last serving experience was below par. We chose to purchase table-side guacamole, but it never came. When we asked about it we were brought out a bowl of guac, so table-side never happened. It also came out with our main entree which was disappointing.

Good food... Worst service Ive ever had! No drink refills (asked multiple times ) she finally took my glass and then never returned with anything. Asked for chips, never got them. My fiance asked for pineapple juice and she brought apple juice. And believe it or not it just continued to get worse from there. We do not recommend going to this restaurant.

I only ate here once. I am originally from California, so Ive had more than a fair share of Mexican food. This place is legit. The food and atmosphere are perfect. Even the bathrooms are clean. Service is prompt and friendly. I had a lobster fajita burrito and it realigned my whole world perspective. I would return if I lived here. Highly recommend.

Very average El Rancho location. Restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and served hot. A little difficult to understand the waiters, but they are very attentive and take care of you. The bathrooms are spotless (but plug your ears because the music is CRAZY loud in there). Give them a shot for lunch. Who can turn down the free chips and salsa??

Great atmosphere. Great food. Prices are fair. Only one complaint: I like to put fresh jalapeno slices in my margarita and the ones that were brought out to me this last time were frozen slices; some with black and brown seeds, not white seeds like a good fresh jalapeno should have. No big deal though, I just didnt use those ones.

I so disagree with the review of Kevin. Hes absolutely wonderful. We love the restaurant and the food is great but mostly come BECAUSE of Kevin. So friendly and knows the restaurant so well. He knows us by name and we only sit in his section. Your lucky to have him working in your restaurant.

They are very nice service and their food is delicious but their TVs are very small hard to see and the food is way too expensive. If you have a little extra money and you want to go have some nice food in a general Mexican restaurant this is the place.

A lot of food for a great price. They have three or four different types of Margaritas. Its best to go during happy hour. Additionally during work hours meals are discounted during lunchtime through out the week. one must only present an work ID.

We stopped here on our way home. It was a little out of the way from the interstate, and there are a lot of other places to stop, but this one was worth passing all of those. I had the taco loco... and it really was loco! Delicious and huge.

I enjoyed the vegetarian fajitas; it was the perfect amount of food. Prices were reasonable. I travel to Cincinnati about once a year and always seem to find my way here because the food is so good. Salsa could be a little more spicy.

Great food, but a little on the pricey side. The atmosphere leaves A LOT to be desired. Its REALLY loud inside. You will struggle to have a conversation with the people in your party on a busy evening.

Perhaps a bit unusual, but: Best chicken soup ever - white meat, avocados, lots of vegetables. Absolutely delicious! (Their homemade guacamole is fantastic too.).

Ive started to come here for lunch and its been pleasant. The cups are warm, the salsa is really good. The interior design is great and the staff are friendly.
