I am a huge fan of Chipotle as a brand and as a fast food chain. I think that the Chipotle burrito is the best thing that America has accomplished--better than landing a man on the moon or killing Nazis or Lady Gaga. This is the worst Chipotle Ive ever visited, and Ive been to many Chipotles across many states. This particular branch skimps you on ingredients--including rice, which probably doesnt cost them much to make, but more importantly they also skimp you on meat. And Chipotle steak is actually good steak as far s fast food stuff goes. Also, Ive been there multiple times on a break from work when they simply ran out of ingredients and I had to wait while they cooked more. This happens sometimes at a Chipotle, but they werent prepared for to replace the ingredients when they ran out, so they only started preparing more meat or veggies or rice once the tubs were empty. Moreover, this is the only Chipotle Ive been to where the wrapping of the burritos is sub-par. Ive had burritos fall apart on me halfway through eating them, and that is a disaster worse than the Hindenburg or 9/11, since the Chipotle tortilla is a chewy, beautiful part of the Chipotle experience. Last, they arent very good at dealing with crowds at this branch. Theyre not busy very often except for lunch and dinner rushes and a few other odd times, so its nice to be able to go up and get your burrito right away, but when a line forms theyre not prepared to deal with a large volume of people. This is odd, as every Chipotle Ive been to has been able to keep a long line moving in busy times. Theyre also terrible about making online orders here. One of the great tings about Chipotles business is that you can place an order online and show up 15-30 minutes later and buy a freshly made burrito without standing in line. This branch completely ignores online orders until you show up, at which point theyll say theyre sorry and then poorly make you a sub-par burrito slowly. One thing I do like about this branch is the customer service. The staff is friendly, makes jokes, and is generally polite and professional. I just wish theyd make me slightly bigger burritos faster and at a better level of preparedness. Because if there was a closer Chipotle within driving distance, Id be there instead. The ones in Cincinnati that Ive been to are much better in terms of quality of product. EDIT: Since writing the above review I went to this branch again. Whatever teenager working the line made me a tiny burrito with the meat all on one end, so that when I got halfway through my burrito there was no more meat. Im never going to this branch again.

Have been to this Chipotle a couple times. I dont know that I will be going back. It does seem to be one of the busier locations. I waited my turn this time it was 15 minutes. Sometimes its 40 Minutes. As I am making my way through the line my wife had ordered ahead of me. I was getting a couple of burritos to go. It is SO LOUD in this location its hard to communicate with the staff in the dining room. Its due to the poor design of this space which is small and solid concrete floors, metal walls, and ceiling standard Chipotle decor. One good fart will give you a concussion. Its probably my least favorite part of going in there it feels like a fishbowl. While I was trying to place my order, and in a normal tone mind you, As they cannot hear me I sometimes like to casually point (out of habit). I was reprimanded by two female employees in sync, mind you, not to raise my hand over the glass. I was a little taken back by that, they could have asked me nicely. By now my wife is motioning to pay. I hand her my card and finish my order. She stands off to the right side of the registers away from the crowd. Meantime I am waiting for them to complete my order. They stuff the food in the bag, and walk away. And that was it. I wasnt even sure if they completed the order, They didnt indicate they did. They didnt say thank you. They didnt say goodbye. They said nothing and moved on to the next. I walked out thinking what just happened? Its customary to thank a customer for their business.

I am very disappointed with this experience! I have always been a HUGE Chipotle fan! I havent been in the states in two years or had the pleasure of eating at this specific establishment. A lot has changed! My first day back in the country I was craving my one time favorite and went in for a to go order. It isnt the food, yet the service has changed, for the worse. They now have brown rice, which I am a fan! The past two years any Chipotle ish restaurants Ive been to their bowl is the salad, I was confused. Asking for one thing I meant another. I wanted the salad, but accidentally ordered the veggie bowl. When I asked the line cook if it came with lettuce he replied, "You didnt order the salad!" I said, Im sorry I havent been here in years. He hastily tossed the rice back in the rice bin slamming the container down! He shouldve just put the lettuce on top? He then proceeded and threw away a perfectly good plastic container that couldve been re-used. (Sad, treating the environment this way.) When he grabbed the salad bowl he said, "which meat would you like?" I replied, I ordered veggie, he stated, "You didnt tell me you were a vegetarian!" I am very turned off to this kind of service in an establishment! I love Chipotle, but will not be giving my money to this specific location again. Thank you for your attitude!

Food awesome if you dont mind standing in line for 30 minutes to be taken care by an extremely rude person who makes you chuckle thinking she probably feels like she should be paid 15.00/hr. There were 6 people on the line doing NOTHING. Likely they ran out of something. ...but this was ridiculous. Hot Heads beats them in service by miles. I had ordered double meat for which I was going to pay extra. The meat portion was the same as the person in front of me which was not double. I agree with other reviewers who mentioned the inability for the people working there to keep up when busy. When I lived in Columbus I ate at that location every week. With this location I go maybe once every 2 to 3 months. Sad...

Awful experience EVERY time I go, which to date has been about ten times in the least six months. (I kept hoping that maybe I was going at bad times?) Once I waited 40 minutes for food, and the other times I spent at least twenty minutes waiting. The worst experience was waiting for FIVE take-out orders to be prepared before I was served as the next person in line. The portions are not as generous as other locations, either, and staff are unfriendly at best. After the last visit, Ill gladly drive the extra couple miles to another location whenever I get the cravings for Chipotle.

When you go to this location its like going to the DMV: You go because you have to (to get that burrito fix for your Chipotle addiction) but youre gonna have a bad time. I live nearby but unless I have a craving I just eat at the Chipotle near my work instead. There is no blaring problem with this location. The food is... okay? The staff is... there (not winning any awards for customer service but they arent rude)? The wait can be ridiculous. But most other Chipotle locations make me feel like Im at Disneyland which makes this one all the more disappointing.
