This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to! Our waitress Irene had a fat roll hanging out the bottom of her shirt the whole time and smelled like a babys diaper which was not very appetizing! The Russian manager, Anastasia, came to our table and you could barely understand her but she was very pushy almost forcing us to buy a gift card when our food was made wrong in the first place. We then saw her going around to different male employees by the bar area giving them shoulder massages and back rubs which seemed very inappropriate and frankly made us feel uncomfortable! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY! DO NOT GO THERE! Outback is right next door and is not much more exspensive and you get better food and service! NEVER going back to Ruby Tuesday!

The place was clean and the salad bar in good shape well stocked and looked fresh. Our waiter treated us courteously, and refilled our drinks after a bit. Im not one for a hovering waiter so I was fine with that. When we left I ordered a chicken BBQ sandwich with bacon and two sides, and when I arrived home realized there was no bun either top or bottom given to the burger. Just laid into the styrofoam and sent on its way. I get it stuff happens its a business, but I had to throw the food out because it was melted into the container and when called several times they did not even answer the phone. I was going to politely ask they watch the to go orders better but since I cant get ahold of them I guess this will have to do.

They have terrible food, theres always a wait and its expensive for how terrible it is. The servers are friendly but the management is aweful. I worked there for a brief month before I quit because the manager during a busy dinner called me a stupid b#¡$& because I had to put a rush order in because I had forgotten. I had only put it in late by about 5 minutes and it was an honest mistake. I was nice about it and she started cussing at me. I apalogized to my table and walked out. Later I found out that manager was promoted to regional manager. Ive never eaten there since and neither has any of my friends or family. I wont eat anywhere that allows their managets to cuss out their staff in the middle of a crowded kitchen

This place is AWFUL!! From the moment I walked in I was sticking to the floors wherever I went. When I pulled my chair out to sit down there was food on it and the hostess just watched me swipe it onto the floor. I used the restroom (unfortunately it was after I ate or I would not have eaten here) and they were the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in!! A port a potty at a construction site would have been better. There were literally cobwebs with crap in the cob webs in the corner of the stall I used. I will never ever be back to this filthy restaurant!! SO DISGUSTING, and the food is awful!

My coworkers and I had a terrible experience here. We stopped in order to get a quick lunch. This was not quick service at all. Not able to get refills. Ordered soup but it didnt come out until it was cold. The burger that was supposed to be medium and came out burnt. We had a terrible server who didnt even know if there were lower calorie options on the menu. I wanted to contact ruby Tuesday directly to complain rather than reviewing on here but their website only allows for contacting with a desk top site. No wonder so many of their places are closing down. I wont eat at one again.

We called ahead for seating so walked in and was taken right to our table. That is about the only good thing about our experience. We ordered the new appetizer (pot stickers). They were absolutely disgusting. They had no taste and the texture was so gross. We told the server they were nasty and she said should i tell the mamager. If you have to ask then youre in the wrong business.They didnt bring the rolls until after we paid the bill. Needless to say not our best experience there. We eat there at least once a month. Never did see a manager. It will be a long time before we go back.

Seated at table in corner in bar sections when Booths and tables empty on other side. The tables too close together. This was because there were only two wait staff working. ( this was at 530 mid week). The table coverings look worn and need replaced. Out of corn dogs on kids menu. Grandsons chocolate milk only filled 2/3 full. However the garden bar and ribs ordered were delicious. The waitress also did very well considering the situation.

There was a couple that came in and sat behind us the asked about the special that was posted on the door. The waitress told them they were mistaken. The lady lead the waitress out and showed her the sign she still told her she was wrong. She asked to speak with a manager who went through the whole process again only to tell them the sign was worded wrong. Thats just ridiculous. And still didnt give them the advertised price

Walked in to place a to go order, they took our order fast, kept our teas filled while we waited. When we got back to the room, we were not disappointed! Juicy tender steaks with extra little things. Like keeping our potatoes wrapped in foil so they would stay warm, little tubs with our butter, sour cream, etc. Best damn food Ive had from a Ruby Tuesday in a long time. Thumbs up Mason, Ohio location.

Very dirty bathrooms. I was very surprised, because the rest of the place seems pretty nice and the food was good. Honestly, Ive seen nicer gas station bathrooms. The soap dispenser was falling off the wall. The toilets were filthy. The trash can is in front of the diaper changing station, so no one can use it. Its pretty big. Kind of a nasty end to a decent meal, and left a lasting impression.

This is a the best ruby Tuesdays I have been to. We came in (after every other restaurant in the are said no or was closed) just before 11 oclock with 18 people. The staff was very kind and our waitress was awesome. She was very considerate, our glasses were never empty, and our food arrived promptly. Awesome

We have had several decent meals here. The food is getting to be overpriced for what you get (in terms of quality), but its a nice, fairly quiet place to come with the family. And theyve somehow figured out how to make bread completely out of butter and serve it as a pre-appetizer.

Horrible service. Always a long wait even though they have open tables. Anastasia, the hostess, is the rudest! Slow service, and over priced food. Not worth it! Spend the same amount at Outback, which is right next door and has much better food and service!

Just was not a pleasant experience. Not busy, but waited 20 min for them to put together tables for 5 adults and 2 children. The food was ok....just not good. Had to ask to have plates cleared. So much like the other one by kenwood mall!!
