Me and my husband are loyal customers to this restaurant. This time seemed off. we order General Tsos chicken and I get General Tsos tofu. As we are splitting up the General Tsos chicken to two other children everybody takes a bite and spit it back out!!! The chicken in this dish seem so over cooked that it was just gristle there was no juicy chicken, it tasted like hard jerky. We tried to call that night when we ordered it but no one seemed to answer the phone I dont know if they were close but no answer. so today I call in at 1 oclock and speak to a gentleman telling them the issue about the General Tsos chicken. He goes to ask me if I had my food and I said yes he told me that it would be fine and he will replace it for me. I get up there hand him the food that I had been given he takes it back to a women that is usually always there and tells me hold on just one second . as I stand there for less than 30 seconds the woman comes up with my food that I brought back in the container. She proceeded to yell at me in another language pointing her finger at me as shes grabbing a handful of food rubbing it between her fingers and hands telling me theres no chicken in here. Mind you shes telling this to the translator but looking at me as shes doing it . she did not take a fork and go through and say theres no chicken in here she persist to keep squeezing the food and the broccoli between her hands. I was completely embarrassed and baffled by the way this lady was talking to me and grabbing the food with her bare hands as she goes backs and makes the next customers food with no gloves. The customers in line looked at her and walked out! I have never ever in my life experienced such disrespect by a restaurant in my life. The translator looked at me and said sorry cant do anything about it. Then I ask for a manager or the owner of Great Wall and he looks at me and says Im not giving that to you. Now I am NOT the one to complain and rant and rave but this was ridiculous. And its pretty sad because we were very very loyal customers to this restaurant we live literally one minute away from them. I have let the other things slide by like the rudeness and the rushing out the door I understand they have lots of customers but quality is better than Russian people out the door and not listening to what they have to say Im sorry that I keep going on about this but I feel disrespected embarrassed upset and disgusted so I guess Im going to have to get a hold of the BBB since theres no responsible owner or manager to talk to

We recently moved to Lancaster and have been on the search for a good Chinese restaraunt. Great Wall was awesome and the prices are very good. The selection is very good. They are very busy, so I recommend that you call in your order. On a Sunday night, they were crazy busy but I only had to wait about 10 mins for my order (not called in). Very hard working folks in the kitchen. Polite and the food is great. Judging by the number of people that were coming in or calling, I would say its a popular restaraunt.

After reading some of these reviews I became concerned about trying this place. But so glad we did. We did order take out. Prompt friendly service. We had the pork lo mein, crab rangoon, beef and broccoli, general tsos, sweet and sour chicken. Along with rice both steamed and fried. And we were given a 2liter of soda. The food was excellent. There was not one thing we did not fully enjoy. This place might of had issues in the past. I dont know. What I do know is we will be going back. : )

Havent even received the food I ordered for delivery yet after an hour. But thats not bad. The bad part is the phone service. They rush you off the phone before you can even say a thing. I called to see if my food would be here soon and before I could say a thing they said "hes on the way. Bye bye." And hung up. Im sure the order is wrong because of how quickly she was off the phone when I tried to order a big order. Just generally rude and prefer quickness over quality.

A great go to place for Chinese food of all sorts. They have a pretty big menu. Personally like the lo mien and the sesame chicken. Their lunch specials come with fried or white rice and are very reasonably priced. I think if you have an order over thirty dollars they give you a free two liter too -- dont quote me on that. The parking is a little strange. The hours are pretty late if I recall correctly as well. Great crab ragoon and bbq spareribs.

Ordered close to $50 worth of food. Was charged extra for wanting white meat. The chicken was not white meat, matter of fact there was no meat. Resembled deep fried chicken skin. When I called with a complaint I was told I was a liar. They did (after 2 calls) offer to remake the food. Went in to pick it up and they bring out raw chicken to show me. Then made me wait close to an hour! They have lost my business.

Ive been getting food here since they opened years ago and in the last year or so its gone sadly down hill. I always enjoyed the Egg Fu Yung but it appears as if they are putting garbage in it... lettuce? Really? And the pork was just fat or grissle. Tonight I ordered the Wor Su Gai and it was way overcooked... tough and dry like cardboard. I loved you guys but I wont be back. So sad.

Employees seem to always be working hard and as quickly as possible, which is much appreciated. Love their food, EXCEPT their egg rolls now. They are all cabbage inside, cant even taste the pork or whatever meat anymore. Its a shame, because their egg rolls are big and deep fried perfectly.

Not a very clean place, the food was bland, the AC didnt seem to work as the place seemed full of smoke and too hot. Oh, and there were various insects buzzing around. Otherwise, what a great place! If you do go here, definitely do not dine in.

lousiest customer service ever. we got the wrong food delivered it was cold and when I called the manager he wanted to blame me for not telling him how to do his job. last time Im going there.

The Singapore noodles are the real deal ! Nice little takeout Chinese food place with large portions. Order $30 worth of food and they will usually give you a 2 liter of Pepsi

tried calling to order food and they were speaking a different language while i was trying to order and they kept saying hold on and then starting yelling at kids in the back

The place its self isnt very well taken care of, but they do have really good chinnese food. I recommend going there if you want Chinese food for lunch or dinner.
