First off, Angela, is that even your real last name? In my experience this Starbucks is lit AF. Now I dont use the word lit unless I mean it, so you know this place must be dope. Every time I have been there I have had nothing to complain about. Perhaps its because I dont drink coffee, so I dont purchase anything from here, who can know for sure? Keep doing your thing Starbucks, I appreciate the work you do! Dont let this review distract you from the face that the 73 win Warriors with the first ever unanimous league MVP blew a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. I love Starbucks coffee!! I hate Starbucks Hudson. The staff is the most rude staff. I rated it one star but I wish I could rate it 0, because we were picking up a mobile order and one of the people were very nice and got on top of our drinks. She asked another person to do our drinks becuase she was packed with other drinks to do. The woman that was told to do our drinks said I dont want those because she wanted to make hot drinks. I wish I could say there name but I am not sure who it was. I was very disappointed in the Starbucks staff.

I personally am a huge Starbucks fan, however I will at all costs avoid this store. About three years ago I could walk in and the baristas knew my name and drink, now when I walk in Im lucky to get a hello. The drinks are also usually made wrong and theres a ten to twenty minute wait in the afternoon. Now if I want my daily caffeine fix I drive the extra twenty minutes. I wish I could give this zero stars.

I love Starbucks and get their coffee multiple times a week. I get almond milk with my cold brew and pay an additional charge for almond milk. The staff at this location never shakes the almond milk, this leaves my drink with little chunks and particles floating. I use almond milk at home and this is easily avoidable by shaking the milk before use.

I mean its Starbucks! Usually busy here. No drive thru. Staff is mixed. Most very nice, a couple more task focused than customer focused. Usually a stack of boxes blocking the retail sales shelfs. Clean inside. Not the best parking situation.

Staff cold and dismissive. When asking for help response, is mild irritation. I enjoy this stores because of their fireplace on cold days. More often is the fireplace NOT on or even working.
