Let me begin by saying that I love Starbucks. I have never, ever had a problem in any other store. I ordered a caffeine-free iced Americano with coconut milk. I was with a group and we took our refreshments over by the lake to chat. I drank most of the Americano when I looked in the glass at what I thought was a shadow. IT WAS A BUG; a silverfish to be exact. I was mortified and sickened. I took it back and asked for a manager. The young woman told me there was no manager on duty and they wouldnt be in until "tomorrow". I asked if they would contact me and did they want my number. She said it would be accessible through my Starbucks card, which I had used to make the purchase. She offered me another Americano, but as you can imagine, it had turned my stomach. I have never heard any more from that store or a manager. I will never go back to that Starbucks again!

I utilize mobile ordering often. Space is limited and other people often block the mobile order pick up location. Snacks and food are not all available here or are sold out. This is the popular place to meet people in town, especially to have a drink outside. Some staff members are outstanding and tend to counterbalance the few that are not as friendly. Espresso drinks are inconsistent. I have gone to this location since it opened. A terrific barrista makes a drink just right and my day feels wonderful until someone else makes a watered down version lacking foam.

Starbuck's doesn't care about you or this store but apparently Some great employees do. Can they save this store from the apparent corporate greed of Starbucks versus the local town and property managers, LEXIN? WHO is responsible to clean the exterior EACH early morning and after each festival or event? It is usually a PIGSTYE and the Regional Manger Ms Totten nor Corp care about the locals complaints. Every other storefront here is well maintained. Why aren't you?
The Hwy 192 store is better. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT !

This is a decent Starbucks. Its often very busy and inside seating is limited due to the odd sharp and rather large merchandise storage in the main seating area. Despite the high foot traffic the bathrooms stay in a clean state. If you are in the area or having dinner in Celebration this is a good place to try at least once. History note: this Starbucks was one of the first national chains in Celebration. The location opened as a Barnies Coffee and Tea which was/is based in nearby Winter Park.

I live in celebration and although there are many good days, there are way too many bad ones here at Starbucks. I cant Believe They got even four stars. One out of every four visits they are out of coffee and I have to wait for my signature blend to be brewed. Now their Brewer has been broken for two days and theyre pressing coffee in a French press. Do you know how long that takes with a line out the door The people here are working very hard but I think management is it big problem

Great cafe. But not for a Starbucks. This is my second visit with cold coffee. Coffee should not be bubbly on top. Very little indoor seating. And outdoor seating was not well kept. It was slightly grimy. I would expect that a Starbucks in celebration should be up to the par of at least Starbucks, let alone celebration which is supposed to be a premier community. Manager needs to be a little more proactive and a little less lazy.

The girls who work there have a bad attitude, I was with my family consuming and they took off in a very rude way, considering that the Starbucks name is an icon they should be more attentive with their employees to treat their customers well and not Close the door in your face as they did with us !!!!! I do not recommend going to this place !!!

My husband and I have frequented this Starbucks location for years. Regardless of peak season or slow season, the customer service is stellar. The location couldnt be better; located in the one-of-a-kind master planned community of Celebration, originally owned and developed by Disney World.

This Starbucks is definitely hit or miss. The drinks are usually made correctly, but the cashiers are not usually the happiest people around :) I would recommend taking advantage of their online ordering and just picking up your drink. The outdoor patio area is nice and is pet friendly.

Just ok. Very untidy. Straw wrappings on the floor. Old napkins on the table. Outdated ugly brown furniture. Tables not wiped. Very uncharacteristic of a Starbucks. Being in Celebration, I would expect higher standards.

A nice little place, lots of people working away on laptops but plenty of tables and a lot of shade outside. The chocolate croissants are excellent (and hot!) and the juice drinks are all very nice.

Small Starbucks with a small city charm. The outdoor seating area is the go to spot in the mornings. The drinks are made to order and made correctly. The inside could use some updating.

The staff is so kind! Not from the area but familiar with Sbux obviously. Small inside but beautiful patio outside very fitting to the town. Wish this was my local Starbucks in PA!
