Great coffee! Convenient walk too. Only complaint is customer service... The staff is always nice, its been the owner multiple times. I dont think customers are her focus. Example 1; I wanted a "Butter Coffee" I know its different, but a trend in the fitness community and I enjoy it. When the girl asked the owner if they would make it for me (adding butter to the coffee and blend), the owner responded, "I familiar with the trend and Im not comfortable with it". Ok, fair enough, you dont want to do it, but her tone is what got me... Very snippy and unnecessary Anyway, maybe was bad day, but then had another run in with her... Get the coffee, get the nice girls, avoid the owner Also, if someone missed their stamp from ordering a coffee earlier, when they just ordered 2 more, just give it to them. The rewards are 10 fold and the risk/loss is nil (owner here too) I try to support local businesses, usually they go above and beyond. This place has so much potential too

Came in 30 mins before they closed on a Saturday evening as a first time customer with food allergies. The customer service we received was unprecedented. We were met with fun, light conversation with additional information on questions I asked about some of the cool vintage antique electronics they had there. I ordered the equivalent of a Starbucks caramel frap with coconut milk instead of dairy milk and was very satisfied with the taste. I am fairly new to Jacksonville having lived here for a year in 2004 as a high-schooler and I strongly prefer their coffee over any other coffee Ive been accustomed to drinking. I literally signed up to yelp to leave a positive review for them. Great job guys!

This place is fantastic. With the only other coffee shops being Starbucks in a 20 mile radius, I was astonished to only find five people in this quaint, local-feeling shop. Decor has the feeling of a summer beach home. The service was probably the best part. I asked if they had any hazelnut coffee and they said no, but they would brew some just for me. When asking about their food, they told me which muffins were baked today (all but two). And they brought my coffee to my table when it was ready. The muffin was delicious, as was the coffee. Update: Go before 330pm for the morning workers if you want a quiet, peaceful environment

The place is ok but the service can be extremly slow and there isnt much on the menu. When ordering coffee in the drive through, they are trained to collect money before getting your order....making the process take longer. I tihnk the owner is new to running a business. She seems nice but is extremly cheap and petty. I ordered a coffee with cream and she gave me a coffee with the cream frosted. I complained but she said she made that for someone else! then proceeded to pur reg cream on top of my froth cream. so tight with no business sense

We go here regularly, its a really nice change from the giant corporate pseudo coffee houses. They serve really good smoothies here as well which is a healthy alternative for children. A lot of people come here and hang out in the cozy environment. This is a popular place for students (who get a cup of coffee and study in one of the cubicles) and older folks (like me) who enjoy excellent service and a good latte, in a friendly environment. They also have a drive thru here.

This place is awesome. It has a motley collection of decor and furniture that gives you the cozy feeling of coffee at a friends house. Whether you want to be in a reading nook surrounded by books or an isolated study cube, there is a place for you. A truly authentic cafe, with a dang good cup of coffee too. The food is also delicious, and made fresh. Check out the "pin-your-travels" map in the back and add a pin!

Cute hidden gem! Surprisingly, there arent many good breakfast spots around town center!! I used Yelp to find this cute little coffee shop with some breakfast options, My mom and I went before a day of shopping - it was well worth it. Not a place to come if you are in a rush though, be prepared to wait a bit for your freshly made coffee and breakfast. Really liked it here and hope to be back soon!

Marcy (the owner) noticed me studying there a few days in a row and made me feel right at home. Ive been cramming for two weeks and she greets me by name every time I walk in the door. The staff is changing but somehow everything has still been consistently great. The croissants are amazing (Im addicted to the canadian bacon breakfast sandwiches and chicken salad), and the prices are competitive.

Great coffee, weird staff. Standing in line the barista acknowledged me, but spoke so softly I had to step up, put my ear towards him and say "what?" And then the cashier asked me to move, politely enough, but then told me not to stand where I was and made me get in the "queue". It was a nice break from Starbucks, but the service was like living two different episodes of Seinfeld.

Im not going into detail. See my Facebook post on their page. Rudest service. The man who works there is very rude and one of the girls on a second chance visit was rude. We were looking for a place besides giving our money to Starbucks. Went to Sippers for almost 2 years with mediocre service then we just quit when they became rude. Dont waste your money or time.

I come to Florida 3 or 4 times a year and when I come up from Miami when I can get to Jacksonville I always stop here for my coffee the people are honorable and they keep the coffee shop as though you were in their home very peaceful. Ive had coffee everywhere in the country and in the aisle but no place is more comfortable than this

I have been a patron here for many years and I absolutely love it. The owner is the hardest worker there and makes a point of learning the names of her regular customers and making everyone feel welcome. The coffee is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend one of the cookies or cinnamon roll.

Wonderful quaint family friendly coffee shop. Encourages a communal feel. The staff was wonderful and kept the place very clean! Kayla went above and beyond to serve us when we walked in just 25 minutes from close and ordered specialty drinks. Ill be a regular here!

This is a comfortable coffee shop with great coffee and espresso. I make sure to stop in any time I am in Jacksonville. It seems like the coffee has gotten even better the last few times I have been in. The staff is very friendly and the food is good too.

SUPER friendly staff! I came into Sippers to get some work done while I was in town. The atmosphere was great and the staff is great. Definitely beats the "chain" feel. Prices are also great!!

A nice place to grab a quick coffee and get some work done or just relax. I like to patronize local small businesses with good products and good customer service. This place fits the bill.
