This is just an alright Panera Bread. For the longest time they were always getting orders wrong. But I have since come to trust them more. The food is OK, but Ive found myself less satisfied with the quality of all Paneras. It just feels so much more like fast food. The soups and sandwiches are still good. I recommend those, and they (for a time anyways) have this signature hit chocolate, which I find too sweet, but it is a unique version that is work trying for those looking for nice hit sweet treat.

Service was fast and courteous, I usually get Mac n cheese bread bowl but decided to switch it up and get a sandwich and soup. The French onion tasted funny today and the sandwich (already forget name its a chicken avacado thing) looked and tasted awful despite the good list of ingredients which were clumped up not spread out evenly. The bagette was only good thing I received. Going to order a new lunch somewhere else now.

Overall great bread, great sandwhiches, and great salads. I love to come her ein the morning for a quick bite to eat if I have time. I usually get the turkey club or one of the salads with turkey. The service is top notch and the food is great; plus if you have a chance to get desert their daily baked pastries are great, try a cookie or a pastry I have tried almost all of them and have never been led wrong.

This particular Panera location does a great job. They are always extremely busy at lunch time, but still manage to be efficient and friendly all the time. I am a frequent customer and had never had an issue with my order. The one time that I did have an issue, they were exceptionally quick to make it right. I would definitely recommend this Panera location and will be back myself!!

I love Panera Bread, but this is the worst one in the city! They never get my order right! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions, but I am always disappointed. Please get workers in there that pay attention to what the customer is ordering and try to get it accurate!

OMG! I just watched an employee pick up a tub of cream cheese that had been dropped on the floor and put into a refrigerator without wipping it off! The next person to purchase a tub of cream cheese will have it put into a bag with their bagels!!! Eek! The manager was standing right there...

I really wish the girl with the long brown ponytail in a topnot wasnt swinging it around the food this morning when I came in! She seemed to be amusing herself by whipping it as she walked out of the back kitchen, then again as she filled orders. Yuch!

Im a Delivery Driver at this location. Our small order delivery service starts 4/6/2017 with a $5 minimum order purchase. I love working here. Every staff member is friendly and make you feel like your family. Even to the customers.

Service was horrible. I waited 30 mins for my food. They are slow, too slow! Not only the service was horrible, but they messed up my order. They gave me the wrong soup!!! Not recommended!
