We have been here twice now and both time we have had to ask for refills on our own without them getting them.They never notice when you need refills on their own.One time we were here the cook was rude to our server.We went in an our before they were supposed to close and the cook thought he was done for the night and when our serve told him there were two that came in he made it obvious that was was irritated that he had to cook before they closed.I could overhear the cook making it obvious he was agitated that two came in before they had an hour to close and he was mad he had to make our appetizer and prepare our meals just from what I heard while I was seated.

The place could definitely use good cleaning; the consistent dirt, dust, and smudging layering most surfaces was very apparent. Part of my breakfast came with two eggs over easy. The eggs came out completely cold, so I asked if they wouldnt mind making me new ones. Those came out very quickly, and when I cut the egg whites with the side of my fork, the insides were completely raw and still liquid. My partners "scrambled eggs" were more like a cold egg patty and the "drizzle" on top of his lemon blueberry pancakes was a thick, cold goop. I would not recommend that anyone go here unless youre actively trying to get food poisoning.

Will not come back. I went out with my grandparents today and the food was good except for some minor things like lack of thousand island sauce on the turkey club melt and the loaded back potato not have enough bacon and cheese. Also the turkey club sandwich was tasteless. I like that its family friendly. The waitress was not the greatest, she was not very rrpenstful at all. The serivce time was fairly slow and the mirrors are improperly placed you can see what everyone is doing on there phone and not be noticed. Overall a not very busy place but when it is its usually an older audience. Overall not a very good resuraunt.

Tried to go to a new place with the family tonight. We were greeted by the manager and he promptly took our drinks and we received them in record time however that was the last time we were served. We even asked an employee to take our order and she said "he" would be with us. After another 10 minutes of waiting and watching other tables be served in slow fashion we left. We were there 30 minutes and no one took our order. Cant say anything about the food. Wewill not return. Oh! Watch out for the Parking lot my wife almost broke her ankle going back to the car. There are tons of potholes.

When we got there I noticed there was a good deal of dirt around the edges. It took several minutes for anyone to notice we were there to seat us, even though there were only 3 other parties there. When we got the drinks 2 out of the 4 glasses had lipstick left on them. I guess they dont wash dishes. The food was ok, although my portion was quite small after I was told it would be big. 40 minutes later 2 of us had stomach aches and nausea. Wont step foot in there again.

I love this place. Feel like its underrated at the current star rating (anything less than 4.2)... food comes as described by the menu, properly cooked, wait staff friendly, right atmosphere for their business model. I currently live too far away (60 min) to be a regular, otherwise I would go all the time. There is no place I would rather go for breakfast.

Waited 15 minutes to give drink order then 45 for food to come out which was wrong. Everyone seated after us, around 4 groups of people got served before us who were seated nearly 15 minutes after us. There was 2 of us so not like a ton of food was ordered just 2 plates. Wont be coming back and wish I could give no stars.

Food was very good, fairly priced, I did not give 5 stars due to the place being understaffed, and was told there is only 2 servers working on Saturdays.....in Belden Village!!! Our server was very good and proficient, and the manager excellent and friendly, the wait was long due to the overworked staff

Greeters were incompetent. They told us to wait to seat 5 people. After a 15 min wait asked about table was told they didnt have on. When asked how long was given no answer. When asked if we should leave received blank stare and told there was not a table. Train your staff.

I wont be back. Got the maple pork chop and it was horrible. Next baked potato was crunchy. Manager never came out to talk to me. Even let my friend taste the pork chop and she said it was nasty. What a shame. But the waitress was very good.

I love to go there the first couple of times but the last time was awful! Waitress was horrible,waited well over 30 minutes while they all stood at entry & chatted,no refills on drinks guess why we have never returned!

This used to be a good place to eat, but lately, the service has become pathetically slow, even when there are only a few patrons. Be prepared to wait at least twenty minutes for your food once you order.

Service was horrible people were standing waiting to be seated and there were at least (no exaggeration) 20 seats open, so in short if you have ALL morning to eat breakfast you can go.
