Its not bad I guess I was in from out of town and had to use the self checkout lane which is normally fine except I was not able to even purchase anything with a Giant Eagle card. This was annoying as we have Giant where we live and are not forced into using a store points card in order to purchase something. The only reason this got a two star is because of inconvenience as I was in a hurry and had to ask several people to borrow their giant eagle card in order to check out.

I truly love this Giant Eagle however having expired yogurt in the coolers took me for a loop. The ones I purchased were out dated and as I went to exchange those the ones I had to pick from were dated for September. This will not stop me from shopping there however one must pay close attention when making purchases.

Their salad bar is the worst Ive seen, wilted lettuce, dried cheddar, old soggy mushrooms, and they never clean the pans...nasty. They should take notes from Heinens down the road, everything is fresh, better selection and $1 cheaper per pound.

One of the smaller and older Giant Eagle stores in the area. Recently expanded the beer section which was nice. But would rather travel up the road to the much nicer Market District store in Solon. Also seems to always be short on cashiers.

Some items were not marked with a price. Others were difficult to find. The employees were very nice and helpful. This is a store that carries certain types of products and not others. Some of the milk had today as a sell by date.

I usually always shop at Giant Eagle, great store and nice people but this particular store never have enough cashier lines open, I can never be in and out here... gets a bit irritating when youre in a rush!
