We visited this location on August 30 2015. We customer service is REALLY BAD. The ladies that worked in this place needs stop talking to each other and give more customer attention. We couldnt feel the "Welcome" feeling to be there. also we had not no explanation on the menu, expensive e not good. Nos visitamos este estabelecimento no dia 30 de Agosto de 2015. As senhoras que estavam trabalhando neste horario, NAO foram receptivas, NAO houve nehuma tentativa de ter um aproximamento mais receptivo com os clientes, totalmente sem nenhum acompanhamento para entender o menu, etc... O SERVICO ao cliente e pessimo...... INFELIZMENTE.... neste local nao volto mais.

The reason I am rating this place two stars is not the food, the food is good for the value. I ate a large dish (chicken stroganoff, rice, fries) for $8.90. What i did find overpriced was water ($3) and some desserts. The desserts are delicious, brazilians really know how to use condensed milk. The two stars is due to the service provided by the cashier (she is often there and I believe she might be the owner)She did not greet us, I requested something that is on the menu and she said they didnt have that looking at me as if I had ordered something that isnt on the menu.... my friend said she had similar experiences with her. If it wasnt for her, i mightve given them 4 stars.

Comida brasileira da melhor qualidade! Recomendo a todos o prato executive com Picanha e simplesmente uma delicia. E no café da manha recomendo o prato brasileiro que vem 2 paes na chapa 2 ovos, presunto e queijo mozzarella.

Além de um ótimo custo benefício possui aquele suco de laranja natural delicioso. Para o café da manhã é ótimo e para outras refeições também pois não é necessário comer um vasto buffet. Recomendo pois fui além de tomar café, saborear uma janta PF.

My experience with Amor em Pedacos could not have been better! My first son was turning one year old and my wife wanted the perfect birthday party for him. Besides a beautiful cake, we also bought many different items for his birthday. All invitees LOVED EVERYTHING. Not only that, the service was efficient and friendly. As long as I live here, my sons birthdays will always have Amor em Pedacos delicious items.

When I visited Orlando for first time, this brazilian bakery doesnt existing yet. After that, when Im visiting Orlando and I go there every time. There are so much brazilian delicious things! Like coxinha chicken and empanadas/pasteis. I tried lunch with Picanha steak, is everything perfect! Who do birthday in Orlando, they accept birthday cake order! Is amazing!!!

I dont know whos giving 5 stars but they are definitely not brazilian, cake its not brazilian at all, doesnt taste like one, salgados are bad as well not seasoned right, too americanized ti be called brazilian, not coming back. Salgados nao sao bem temperado, bolos sao todos americanizados se vc busca algo brazileiro pra comer esse nao e o lugar.

So disappointed, went to Amor em Pedaços because it was supposed to be a very good Brazilian bakery, but it was a very disappointing experience. I tried both the sweets, cakes and such, and the ham & cheese potato bread. It didnt taste fresh or like Brazilian made sweets. And for the price you are paying, the food should be delicious.

Amazing!!! The açaí tastes just like the açaí in Brazil! The coffee is good and strong. You cant go wrong with any of the baked goods. The staff is very friendly and willing to help an American that loves Brazilian food but struggles with Português. You wont regret checking it out!

Amazing food at a really good price and big portions. The seeets and cakes are delicious. We have been going there over 3 years and we have gone to other bakeries but nothing beats this one. I always reccomend my friends and family here. Love it :)

Totally overpriced low quality products and worst customer service. Employees speaks really bad English.And bad attitude over costumers. There is another bakery called seabra market across street you can have same for half of the price.

Horrible!!! I eat the other day and chocolate cake with chocolate cream feeling (bolo de brigadeiro) that was very dry. Tasting old , like being in the frige for days. Also, the cheese bread was not fresh tasting! Very disappointed!!!

Horrible food, over priced $4.15 plus tax for a cup of mouse and if you ask for room temperature (hot water) tap water they shut there faces on you. Never going back there. Ridiculous!!!!
