Wish I could give it zero stars. I used to go to the Panera in Dublin on 161 regularly and enjoyed it quite a lot. I moved down here recently, and these workers are incredibly rude. The first time I came in, the only cashier was talking to a friend and coworker who was off the clock and ignored us for several minutes. The second time, I ordered one of their pasta dishes. It says on the menu that it comes with your choice of various sides (french bread, soup, etc). I chose one of the soups and was told it cost extra. I pointed out on the menu where it had a single price and said to choose one. I was told "we dont make the menu, and it costs extra." When I asked to speak to a manager, she was very rude, too, and they basically told me if I had a problem, take it up with corporate. Im not trying to get something for free, and Im not a difficult customer. Ive worked in fast food and customer service, and I know how horrible customers can be. I strive not to be that kind of person, and I cant believe the way I was treated. Furthermore, I cant believe that the menu basically lies. The woman only told me it cost extra when I got my total and the number was off. How many people have ordered that and never realised theyve been charged extra for something the menu says is included. That seems like it must be illegal. There was no fine print, no asterisk, nothing anywhere that said it cost extra, until I asked.

This was the worst I have ever had! I got half a sandwich, my friend got pick 2 and we ordered water. It cost me 20.00 for this crap! It was tasteless, my sandwich was the size for a toddler and the dinning area was dirty! Will NOT be coming back, we havent been here in over 2 yrs and now I remember why. I feel cheated, I could have ate at Smokey Bones for the same price, had better food and you get more for the money. The only upside was the nice cashier. I recommend people NOT waist their money here, I am tempted to take the crap back up and ask for my money. One bite I had of that awful sandwich and the avocado was hard as a rock!

Dont know what changed. Been disappointed last few times we visited. Today the steak from the Steak and White Cheddar dripped blood onto the plate when it was picked up. When I returned it to be remade I was told that it is how the sandwhich is supoosed to be. (Gotta love lunch and an arguement.) I informed the woman in the blue shirt that it has never happened before and we order this sandwhich regularly. She remade the sandwhich with some of the bread burnt. The two other identical to the sandwhiches in my group did not bleed. I understand the occasional sandwhich remake but not rude service.

Just like most places, you have exceptional staff, such as the young lady bringing table orders today, She was working as quickly as she could , however I overheard several customers complain their orders were incorrect and the young man who was the manager on duty did not seem to have control of situation. In his defense he may have been new and the staff new, so in those situations it may be in Paneras best interest to have senior management personnel available on weekends and weekday busy times in order to keep things running not perfect but with the quality Panera was built on.

Panera is extremely over priced and mediocre quality. Staff is a inconsistent mixture of customer service that doesnt always seem positive. If youre used to a salad with ranch or thousand island dressing, you wont find that here because they only offer house style dressings. Portions are very small. Inventory is constantly low or unavailable especially the bread bowls. Soup is a good choice here.

Have always loved Panera, one of my go to spots. Since relocating to Ohio, this is my local Panera. We have now been three times and have the absolute worst experience each time. Staff is very untrained with no help and rude. Theyve sent me a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. However, they forgot the sausage (just one of the examples). Always a long wait too, never a quick trip

Service was decent food was good- ordered a chicken soup bread bowl on a slow day at 7pm on a Wednsday, they were out of bread bowls, ordered a bagette to replace it and while waiting they ran out of baguettes. I had been hoping for one and specifically came to Panera which I rarely do just for that. Very disappointed.

The nastiest dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in I shall never return the food was cold the mens restroom was overflowing and the management are extremely good and they do not wear there gloves all the time..dont wait your time or your money ..

This panera is always under staffed. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes for a bagel. Coffee is never ready, staff never seems to care. I am usually pretty understanding but this happens EVERY time I come here. I dread going to this panera.

Its good but Panera food is very overpriced. Its rare that I visit here anymore unless to meet with my womens bible study group. Other than that, I dont come because its too expensive.
