This isnt a complaint about the restaurant as a whole. My complaint is about this store specifically. First, as background, I have gone to many Panera in many areas. I love the healthy choices and its atmosphere and at most Panera I get great service. For some reason, not at this one. Here are a few examples: *Every time I have gone they have screwed up my order. We usually order to go from this one as it is a lunch and quick dinner option. Were talking completely the wrong salads, missing whole parts of the order, cold sandwiches or soups (that should have been hot) or even getting salads with no toppings! And I do mean this happens every time. Even when we have gone to sit down. *Maybe this isnt supposed to happen but at other Panera when I or those with me have requested altered menu items we have no issues. We have requested spinach instead of lettuce or salads with no meat or cheese and fruits instead or fruit sides or substitutes. Yes we do sometimes pay extra, but thats not an issue. For some reason this particular Panera tends to have a huge issue with it which is compounded by never getting the order right even if they agree to the alteration. Subsequently we stopped asking for altered items and yet they still get the orders wrong. Im completely baffled by this and since it is my more convenient Panera, very annoyed. It is not even a matter of, "Just go up and ask for a fixed order," when it happens during busy Panera hours and often when I ordered take-out and Im home by the time I realize the issue. It has resulted in me only rarely ordering food from this restaurant. For anyone else going here, triple check what they hand you and speak up if it is wrong.

The food is awesome but I had the most confusing experience today. I ordered a SW Chx soup and a Thai salad. I picked up my food on my lunch break, hoping to be speedy as to return to my job. Unfortunately I didnt check my bag before heading back because I was on a time crunch (my bad), but the bag said it was checked by an Ashley so I went on my way. Arriving at work I opened my bag and found that the salad was missing! I called in and spoke with a Cole (I thought he said Clyde, my bad). He was very nice and helpful and set my salad to be delivered. Everything was going well and I went to enjoy my soup while I waited when I discovered where my salad had been! It was lurking beneath my soup! Out tasted so bad, not the worst, but fairly funky. Southwestern and Thai cuisine together is a no-no for all the would-be gastrologists out there. I called up Clyde/Cole again and proceeded to call him Clyde multiple times (Im the worst). He was very patient and had them add the soup to the delivery. Luckily everything was resolved, but $15 for a half salad and soup and 90 minutes of my time is enough for my tank to drop to a 3 star. Thank goodness Clyde/Cole was there to save the day! Attached photo has my salad and correct soup (right) with the Frankensoup on the bottom left.

This place is always packed at lunch. Their employees taking orders act spaced out and clueless or completely lacking in social skill. Im always extremely considerate because I know how challenging food service can be, but they all seem like they dont even know how they got there! Mess up simple orders, forget drink cups or pastries ordered and move on to next customer so you have to interrupt and ask for it. Sometimes give you the pager and tell you theyll bring your food only to find its been sitting by prep area and never brought out. Just an odd place. Plus Panera changed their turkey to a more "natural" brand so now it looks like Bologna shape and lets face it lunch meats are lunch meats, most arent fresh and pure anyway but Id prefer the more aesthetic looking form. If Im gonna pay $8 for a sandwich which looks like something my mom packed for me as a kid Ill quit eating out and pack myself, save money. I eat out because its food I cant make at home.... Its a taste Im unable to capture because it is artificial. I think restaurants can move to healthy but keep the options for customers to pick. My favorite sandwich was the bacon turkey bravo... But not anymore:-(

A year or so ago. Got a nub for a sandwich one time on soup and sandwich combo Lady Manager very rude over it, my Wife loves the place so we go back but not near as often as we used to. This location has an excessive amount of people using it as there office. But in my opinion most of their locations do. There food is good and so is there coffee but I took a picture of the 2 inch sandwich the manager kept telling me was the right size, I show it to people all the time and they all say your joking right and I say nope, she was attacking me for even questioning her over it. The other employees could not believe the way she acted and that she said it was the correct size.

I have to agree with the other posts. The food is delicious and the workers were polite and kind. The portions are laughable and typically they are out of options (such as begets, breads, etc). I know this is more of an iconic option to reflect our social and intellectual evolution in regards to healthy food ingestion. However, we know 5 year olds than can devoure their over priced portions and then ask for a manager rather than throw a fit like a normal kid would do. For the warriors, men, and intellectuals with apetites that match their lust for knowledge and wisdom, you may think twice if youre hungry lol! Or at least give me a toy with my meal yo...

The service is terrible in the morning, more busy taking care of their catering then customers through the front door. Waiting ten minutes for my order to be taken while the guy in front is ordering for the whole office. Three people plus manger dont bother to take a register to move others along. Once your order is in, they may not start making it for five minutes. Really gone hill. Hadnt even mention always out of dark roast and rapid pickup not being ready when you come in. Shame on management.

We got a bagel and a cookie, which were both delicious. However, we had to wait over 15 minutes for the order. The cashier had forgotten about the cookie and I had to ask after several minutes for it. My order for a cafe mocha also never got put in, and it took asking multiple employees multiple times before it was actually made. Each employee never followed up that the drink was made or gave more than an uninterested sorry. It was very frustrating, and the drink didnt even taste very good...

Panera in general is delicious. But come on. This is the third time I have received the end of the loaf of bread that is completely stale, which also makes the half sandwich extremely small - maybe 1/3 of the HALF. This is a complete rip off when I am paying so much money for soup and half of a sandwich. I ask that you please pay attention to the bread and sizes of the sandwiches when preparing them, or regular customers will not be regular anymore.
