The low review is due to the customer service of this establishment. The food is a 4-5, but the lack of respect for customers, at least on my visit of September 1, 2016 is a 1 at best. They have a jukebox that can be played from a smart phone and when the jukebox is not playing music is still played. Since it was the Cleveland Browns final preseason game, thought we would eat out and watch the game. Sadly I tried to play some pre-game music on the jukebox, but the volume was much lower than the radio. Upon asking the server if it could be turned up, the response of the manager at the time is it is already loud enough. When I asked if the songs could be skipped so music could be played, she indicated she had a full bar and could not do it. But she went further, and included our discussion to everyone at her full bar. The song playing went for 20+ minutes, she could not find the time to hit the eject button, but found the time to run her mouth to everyone sitting at the bar. I had a few guys ask me how much I paid so they could refund me the money from their own pockets. It wasnt about the money....it was about tailgating.....And while one might think this is a personal conflict with me and her, I never meet her and dont even know her name. But if that is the person managing the place, I would suggest you dont play the jukebox or voice any concern you may have about your experience - they will tell the whole bar and not address your concern. I piad for my meals and drinks and left about 20 minutes later, just about the time the non-jukebox music came back on. While she could not find anytime to skip the song, she was still running her mouth about my concern to customers as I left. Again food is 4-5 as I have in the past been a customer a few times a month, but you will not see me there anymore.

been there three times this summer. we are both local residents and frequent towpath riders so we decided to check the place out. all times we have been there the waitresses have been pleasant, efficient and fast. enjoyed the wraps and the potato skins as well as the pretzel bites. beer is cold and the music is fantastic (lots of seventies/eighties selections). atmosphere is upbeat and lots of friendly folks. i will be back as our waitress informed us that the establishment is now offering breakfast beginning at 5:30. perhaps the business is spiking because of the success of the towpath, and the new switchback up the road on the newly paved warner road. whatever the reason, excellent bar/tavern place to go and watch a game or stop in during a bike ride...see you there in the future...oh, she recommends the french toast-big stack which is three slices plus the bacon...will try it next time.

Great Food and Service for lunch (only). Had the Gyro Salad and it was excellent! For $10 bucks I got a GIGANTIC salad with plenty of Gyro meat (even Gyro bread on the side, which wasnt necessary). A perfect example of a non-chain restaurant/bar that does well by focusing on friendly, personal service and good food. Great, fast service also-again for lunch. WARNING: Dont bother going there on a Friday or Saturday night. Went there on a Friday night after a movie with a friend for a couple beers and some wings. The waitresses there could care less about service and are dog slow. Wiped out table with a dirty, wet rag. We got out of there as quick as possible. Really, this place is literally like day and night in terms of service. Day-Great. Night-Terrible.

ALL FOR ONE MONEY
I went there last night with a group of 10 - Everyone had something different and was VERY happy with the food, service and price. A burger, fries, a drink and tip, under 20 bucks! The chips that come with the sandwiches are AWESOME! The wedding soup was great! Our group is already planning the next time we go!

Love this place. Good "bar" food, large portions, served hot by an efficient and friendly staff. I work up the hill but might even drive back for a Browns game on a Sunday as it looks like a fun place. Been here 3 times in the past few months, always for lunch.

Nothing fancy, but the service is very attentive, they really seem to work hard and though the menu isnt going to win any awards for creativity the food is very solid. Im going back for a Gyro. Good place to drink at that bar and watch a game.

One of the best places I ever ate. The burgers were excellent. The waitress didnt act like she was thrilled about waiting on us but the food made up for it. I would definetly go back and hope I got a different waitress.
