We have been here before with our 4 yr old granddaughter and sat in the booths away from the Bar. Last night (Mar 8-2017) we decided to go and have a late dinner as we had been working all day.. Their were 5 adults and my granddaughter also my god son. The waitress brought our drinks and took our order, not at one time did she tell us we could not be there with the children after 9 pm. I know that if you are under 21 you are not allowed to sit at the Bar, but we were far from the bar. The waitress came over to tell us we couldnt be there after 9pm with the children at the bar, but proceeded to tell us it was ok. I looked at my husband and said were not at the bar. Then she came over again to say the kids are not allowed to be there at the bar after 9 pm, and some of the customers were complaining because our 10 month old god son was being too loud. Ok I get it he a baby and babies can be loud! Anyways she still continued to tell us it was ok, just try and keep him quiet. Mind you we were not that close to the bar we were over in the booths close to the games.. Well I said F*^K this lets go! So we left. We will not be back to your location again. That was rude and she could have told us we couldnt be there with the kids before we ordered, that would have went over a little better.

We have been here several times and the food and drinks were wonderful. I love reubens, and order them all the time. This evening I had the worst reuben I have ever had. I have never called to report bad food, or left a bad review, but this was a sauerkraut sandwich with slivers of what I was told was corned beef, but looked more like thin sliced pastrami. If you cut corned beef properly there is no way you could get this paper thin product. A properly cut corned beef should respond like an accordion when pulled. I assume the man I spoke with was the owner. He was so unconcerned and told me I could bring it back, but it would be the same way. He was so rude, and seemed like he could care less. I will be telling everyone what a terrible experience it was. Such a shame. It was a really nice place to go and order a yummy sandwich.

First time here. We sat down and waited a while for someone to bring up menus. She didnt tell us her name. She brought us our drinks and said she will be back in a minute to take our orders. We waited almost 30 minutes. Until I said something to another waitress about it who came over and took our orders finally. The other one never came back. She walked past us a few times and never apologized. It was not busy at all so Idk why she never came back to take our order. She was standing around not really working. I seen her drinking and watching tv. Food took forever to come. Food was good but it wasnt hot. Warm food, cold fries. Im disappointed because the reason why I came here was because I heard the food was excellent. Though service was terrible.

Food is excellent...Service not so much. Big menu with a good variety - We always sit at the bar - hoping for better drink service - there is a male bartender - tall guy who is always on his game. The girls - not so much. They are on their phones more than they are working the bar. Will give this place one more chance tho because of the food. If service sucks again - we will not return.

Ive been a loyal customer for 7 years now. Absolutely love the staff on site at the moment, kitchen is always perfect and drinks are never waited on. Trust me when I tell you that this is the place to come to! Ask for Jimmy, Alix, Bailey, Rachael, Michelle, Cody, Rian, Matt, Jeremy, Nikki, Nicolina, and last but definitely not least Ivy.

Bartender made 2 shots for my friends. While they went to the restroom I watched her place them on bar and take money. She continued to clean bar. My friends came back with no shots or change on bar and it was last call so she wouldnt refund or give shots back. I was not drinking. No one else around me to take the money or shots but her.

Waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come give us menus. After ordering 35+ minutes later our potato skins and 9 wings came out (warm) wasnt even busy but yet during our food wait I witnessed a bartender take 2 shots back to back behind the bar. Service at its finest first and last time here!
