Horrible experience. Do not waste your time. Me and my husband went on a busy Saturday night, the waitress Asia did not check on us to refill our drinks from appetizer to when our meal arrived. They served cold bread. There were several cuts of steak that were no longer available due to being out of stock, they didnt have baked potatoes, or chocolate dessert. We arrived at 8 p.m. 3 hours before closing but they were out of so many different items. I ordered my steak medium well and it was charred and fries were cold! Completely not edible and did not have the time nor patience for them to make it again. Although the manager did not charge me and my husband for my meal it was still a disappointment to have such a horrible experience at Outback. The waitress Asia then got an attitude with me after she realized the manager had came by to give us our check. She didnt apologize or say "Next time you come visit us wed love the opportunity to make sure you have a great experience" just get an attitude. Overhearing other conversations, several people had a bad experience as well. Outback corporate customer relations should really investigate this location!!! Customers

Its LONGHORN from now on. (had to give 1 star to post a review. Too bad there arent negative ratings) Ive been going to Independence Outback for 10 years. Sometimes 2-3 times a month - ordering to go. Up until about a year ago I never had a mistake in my order and the food was great. Didnt regret the 20% tip I always gave. Now they couldnt get an order right to save their lives. This past year the New York stip steak I always ordered med/well has been close to raw in the middle. This is a 14 oz. $24.50 dinner at a "steakhouse ". Today I said I would try again...always hoping the old quality would return. I ordered the steak well done just to make it easier for the cook. The steak was very dry and so burnt on one side I has to cut a layer off to eat what I could salvage. The sides I ordered where broccoli and a baked potatoe. Broccoli was fine...baked potatoe, well I cant say because it wasnt included with my order. The double potatoe toppings were there though! Not sure why they even bother with the bread. Such a small, sad little loaf of nothing. Im officially changing to LONGHORN down the street. Much better selection and more reasonable prices.

The quality has gone down tremendously ! I ordered a steak to be medium rare. They brought one that was burnt on one side and at each end. The waiter came and got it and it took over 20 minutes and I told the waiter to forget it as my husband had already finished his meal. He never came and offered to refill our drinks ( water and coke) at anytime during the dinning experience. My husband ordered lump crab cakes based on the picture in the menu. They were terrible!! Just like the ones you can buy frozen at the grocery store. No lumps of crab in them. I asked the waiter to bring our bill and he was able to get it and take the credit card to be processed prior to the manager brinigng the steak out for me to eat. She insisted that I take it with me at no charge. When we got back to the hotel I looked at the new one and it was charred on one side also. Could not eat it. Outback used to pride themselves on the quality of their meat and service. This one has missed the boat big time. Save your money do not eat here.

I had a horrible experience here for dinner on Superbowl Sunday. It was incredibly snowy out, so the restaurant wasnt even busy. Yet our waitress took forever to bring our drinks. We ordered an appetizer and my sister ordered a drink then. We received our appetizer and the waitress had to be reminded my sister ordered a drink, and then she put the order in. The waitress essentially disappeared to talk to the other staff on more than one occasion. My empty beer bottle sat at our table then entire meal. I ordered the burger with no bun and a sweet potato. The burger was awful, it was overcooked and had little spongy pieces of fat in it. I barely ate half of it. My sweet potato was great though. The service was so poor, she was incredibly slow bringing refills and when it came time for our bill, she split the appetizer 3 ways, without even asking. I didnt eat any of the appetizer, it wasnt for me, and yet she put it on my bill. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the service and food at this location.

The restaurant was very dirty- from several tables that lay uncleared to the floor littered with crumbs. The floor under our table seemingly hadnt been cleaned of grease in a while because my daughters shoes were black from rubbing against it. I had crumbs on my seat that I had to brush off. When I see visible dirt I always wonder how bad the dirt in the kitchen must be? That scares me. Is it safe to eat here? We should have left but we were starving. The waitress was wonderful but forgot one of our entrees. O well. The food was decent. On the way out, the handle of the door was sickeningly greasy. I wanted to wash my hands immediately. It was disgusting. Wont be back even though the food was decent.

There was an error with my meal delivery timing while sitting at the bar - I didnt get my salad/bread prior to my steak. However, the staff handled it excellently. The server/bartender who took my order spotted the issue before I even had a chance to mention the missing salad. After getting a salad, a manager came over, apologized and offered a dessert/comp part of my meal. The food was of good quality (but not great)... basically the same as any other Outback. However, I was really pleased at the staff identifying and resolving my minor issue without me even mentioning it.

If the restaurant was busy i could understand the wait for our food to come out, but they werent. Our waitress Amanda talked to us like we were 6 years old. Then it took 20 mins to get a beer it took 30 mins for wings to come out which were delicious. And another 40 for our steaks. My husband loved the prime rib best he has ever gotten from any outback but my ribeye was extremely fatty. really the wait was not worth it. They did comp the wings due to the wait but the bill was still $80. I will never go back. I suggest making the drive to parma town outback on ridge.

The worst service I have ever recieved at an Outback. Walking in we werent greated for more then 5 mintues and their AC vent above where we were standing dripped on us. The food met standards but that doesnt help when you arent brought what you ordered and your server is no where to be found. When the manager came to talk to us she didnt identify herself as the manager. I thought this was a unique expereience until I mentioned it to a friend and they said that Outback has "issues." Not sure where the other reviewers ate but it wasnt here.
