Came in just after 6 and immediately was seated for a dinner with a party of 2. Drinks were quite expensive, $3 for coffee or soft drinks. Dinner rolls were complementry but oddly enough butter was melted on top but would enhance the flavor much more if in the middle. The Ramano Fried Chicken was light but still filling. The batter gave texture while still allowing the taste of the juicey breast to manifest. Sauce was great and on the outside of the dish so you could use as much as you like. My date had the Crab Cake sandwich that was loaded with flavour and cripsy but not dry. The wild rice was a little spicy but incorparated a good amount of flavour. Restaurant was about 3/4 full and the wait time for the plates was 20 to 30 minutes. The waiter was most helpful and polite but did take a while to collect the check. Overall experience would be a 3.8 for the value. Total dinner price: $34.

Really nice atmosphere and the service (David) was amazing. The selection of food, while a bit pricey, is rather nice. Wine and drink options are also very plentiful and while I dont drink wine, the 7 Sisters moscato that my date ordered was delicious. As was the Banana-Rama milkshake I ordered. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken (oddly boneless for fried chicken) and, while cooked well, it was a tad greasy and pretty bland. It seemed there was no initial seasoning (salt) before the coating. The mashed potatoes that came with it were dry to the point of being able to cut them. The skillet beans that came with it are amazing and I could eat just those. All in all, definitely not a bad experience. I would go again to check out other options.

Although the food was great and the atmosphere was just as inviting my mood was poor when coming in, my wife and mom was just looking for a place to get "something" to eat while passing a little time while dads in surgery at the Jamess. Alexys YOU made the dining experience great, thank you for taking a moment out of your day to help me to relieve a little stress off my mind. The kind gesture that you sent out the door with my wife of cake will not be forgotten, I will recommend the establishment to anybody that I can, your hospitality is bar none in my opinion.

Fast service and our waitress was wonderful but the food was awful. Very bland, you could tell it was microwaved. From where we were sitting you could see into the kitchen and the whole time we were there I never saw a single person use the grill. My fiances chicken was underdone and my burger was overcooked. We only went there because we had a gift card and Im glad because I would never spend money on food of such low quality, especially with such outrageous prices! Overall very disappointing experience. Wont be going back.

Mediocrity at its finest. Disappointed at the lack of freshness of the food. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from a jar. Couldnt believe that they dont even make their own potato chips for their appetizer. Greasy chips from a bag are awful! The wait for a approx 25 min to get our food. We waited for 45 minutes to get a table, but during our wait there were dozens of empty dirty tables that no one cleaned...or sat people at. All could have easily been forgiven if the food was good, but it wasnt. Yuck!

Ive been to Cap City many many times, but my last visit was very sub par. I ordered a new york strip cooked medium, it came out well done. I had it sent back, and the next one came back medium well but i;m not going to sit for an hour waiting for a goddamn steak to be cook correctly when I couldve made a better one at home. Our waitress was fantastic but for a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant, I would have expected better from their chefs. Our waitress by the way, was ABSOLUTELY fantastic.

The food was OK. The wait staff was really good, I believe her name was Candy and she did a really nice job. The only reason they didnt get 4 stars (its not a 5 star restaurant so they never would have earned that anyway) was because I made reservations, and showed up early and still had to stand around and wait almost 25 minutes for my table.... what was the point of reservations if other people were just going to be seated before me that were walk-ins? Get it together Cap City.

Walked in without any expectations and was greeted with the most schizophrenic decor I have ever seen. Tables and chairs looks like something ripped out of a 50s diner, walls look like some bistro and cabin concoction. Waiter was super loud and overbearing. The menu doesnt seem to have any real direction, and I settled on a ceasar salad with breaded chicken. $14 for some lettuce and soggy chicken absolutely soaked in dressing. Will definitely avoid in the future.

Extremely great service from Jennifer. She was so attentive and so very sweet. The dim lighting and atmosphere was very calming. The food was very timely brought out. The food was all delicious. My hubby had a steak and I had the crispy fish and chips. Everything was fresh. Never had to hunt our waitress down. She kept making sure everything was going well and good to our liking. Thank you for your service Jennifer for our great night out.

Jeremy Hughes the general manager is a complete jerk. He monitors his customers and treats people like a child every minute. Ive been in customer service for 25 years for families throughout the nation and we are the top 2 rated companies in the world. But having to request serice to be be at least as good as a local McDonalds where they found him is unacceptable.. we may just buy the business just to burn it down.

The food and service at this place is amazing! I came in for brunch and had Maytag bleu cheese chips for an appetizer and if you like bleu cheese these are a must, so delicious! Then had the omelet and it was equally good. They were fast on the coffee and water refills and the food came out quickly also. If you are looking for a brunch spot you wont be disappointed coming here!

Food was absolutely fantastic. Our server was very helpful and on top of it even though there were about a dozen of us in a party room. I had the salmon, husband had fish and chips, kids got macaroni. Others at the table got other dishes. Everyone quite enjoyed it. I was especially tickled at how perfectly the snow peas were cooked.

I had a birthday brunch planned with my family. My boyfriend, who was out of town, worked with the manager, Jeremy Hughes, to suprise me and ensure my experience was wonderful. Ryan, our waiter, took very good care of us. The food was fantastic! This is why this is one of my favorite restaurants in Columbus!

Food is terrible especially for the price. Famous for their meatloaf, its bland unappetizing and boring. The Bleu cheese chips were lacking in flavor and cold apparently just slipped under a heat lamp 2 minutes prior to serving. The pretzel sticks were burnt and the cheese was disgusting!

Food is always excellent and the service is amazing. Interior is very tasteful and relaxing. Luckily for my wife, there is an extensive gluten free menu. Including fried items, sandwiches and desserts. Well worth the money and always looking forward to the next time!
