The worst experience ever. The service at the table once we were on it was good, this is a place that didn´t have some one at the main door to receive you, we had to sit outside due to the smell of old and dusty, then to have that ridiculous dish. Then if you want to charge $19.00 for a small, tiny piece of grouper you are out of your mind. I am ok paying that, for something that is worth it. This is definitely not worth it. this looked like a $5.75 dish in any decent restaurant. I even thought it was the lunch portion at the lunch price. Needless to say I will never go back there. I felt like I was being robbed at gun point when the lady came with the check.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT/FOOD Went to a charity event there on December 3rd. Location was booked until 10 PM and we were kicked out at 9 PM because they double booked. We had to finish our event, with well over 100 people, in the parking lot. $15 buffet was nasty, cold and not worth the price. A couple of the waitresses were nice and helpful, but overall horrible experience. Bathrooms were disgusting and the place in general smelled of old grease. We were also told there would be drink specials and got charged full price. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Went there for my wifes going away party and they overcharged everyone at my table at least 25 dollars as well as sneaking in 20% gratuity on every check without telling anyone. When i brought this up with the manager ahe said "she would look into it" and proceeded to do nothing. Do not waste your time here. The only good thing they have is Angie who is a great bartender. I would give negative 5 stars if i had the option.

Went to a charity fund raiser last night at the dockside...the organizers paid for the use of the banquet room and in the middle of the charity auction the management turned out the lights and moved our event out to the parking lot to finish...we over paid for the Buffett and my child got food poisoning. We will never go back after the way they treated a 300 person event...poor management and terrible service

Absolutely terrible! I was there for a charity event, we paid $45 for three of us, just for a plate for chicken nuggets, mushed up quesadillas, and egg rolls. my son asked for a refill on his Sprite and they would not give him one for $15!!!! What a joke and to boot they kicked out over 100 people to accommodate the 10 that came to see the band. Was also very dated and dirty!

Overcharged everyone at our table for things we didnt order, $30 overcharged for me personally. Then she charged us a 20% tip automatically and asked for more. Spoke to the manager who said "she would look into it". Will be calling the owner tomorrow. If youre looking for a night out, dont come here, they will try to take advantage of you and wont make it right.

Burger was overcooked and drinks way over priced. Sample platter and fried shrimp were OK but nothing special. Atmosphere seems like you are in or out - very local centric. Pool included is the hotel pool nothing glamorous. Good view of the water from choice seats.

Ordered a rum runner paid 8 dollars took one drink didnt taste right asked angie to please make a new one i was told no she knows how to make so left it on bar after 2 drinks would not order again an may never refer to someone to come

My wife took me here for lunch to experience their Sunday Fun Day. We caught the Soul Circus Cowboys, drank beer and ate lunch. Everything was awesome! The band, the beer and the food was perfect. Our waitress, Lisa was the best!
