Untruthful workers, lost my wallet there came back within 5 minutes an I asked the waitress if it was found they said no then a gentleman standing there when I asked her goes to the back and comes back with my wallet saying I found a wallet but theres no money in it. Then I asked who found it again even though he said he did then tells me it was the cook. Then a lady manager says there is no cook then the guy says it was the kitchen manager there is no cook today. Then I asked who he was he goes Im a retired cop I asked are you a manager here he says no then tells me "get the f***out of my restaurant and dont come back you should be glad we even gave you your wallet back" I told them okay my brothers coming up here since he was just with me. I see a cop in the parking lot the same guy that told me he wasnt a manager came outside after he seen me talking to a cop and tells him hes a manager and says I didnt ask him. First of all you couldnt figure out who found it you claimed you werent a manager then tell the cop you are. So the cops didnt do anything bc that gentleman who is or isnt a manager is a "retired cop" even though none of the stories made any sense. Now Im out of $150 while they all laugh in the kitchen splitting my money between themselves and can no longer go back to Winghouse bc of a dishonest manager not manager or whatever he wants to call himself. I dont recommend going to this Winghouse if you dont want a rude dishonest customer service. Sincerely an ex Winghouse customer.

1 star only because 0 isnt an option on here! Gross! Food was not good at all. We didnt even get to the car and already felt sick. My stomach hurts right now. I worked as a waitress for years in a wing restaurant and I know what they should look/smell/taste like! My mom couldnt even eat hers because it didnt even taste like chicken (who knows what it was!!) Kids chicken tenders were burned to a crisp where they couldnt even bite into them. Waitress was too busy flirting with guys at another table that wasnt even hers.. When she finally came back to us & asked how we were doing, my mom told her how disgusting her wings were and all she had to say was "aww man, we marinate them for 24 hours and everyone loves them cuz theyre so good"...WTF kind of response is that?? We just gave up and waited for our check, which was entirely too much for the crap we were served! Bathrooms were also disgusting!! I normally dont complain, but I have no choice with this place. Also, I dont think its necessary for them to have their entire ass showing, I felt like I was going to see a butthole at any moment. Give Hooters their idea back!! Bleh!! Awful.

We where outside and it was enjoyable with the tvs. We where not seated or greated. We stood their and they told us to seat wherever. Table was a little dirty. Now one waitress named jennifer was under so much stress she said she dont feel like working and she felt bad because she wanted to go home and she sat at the tables as other waitress looked like they where busy. We had hot mugs for beer. I drank a soda and finished it in the middle of a meal and no refill. Wings had some feathers but I tore them off. We asked our waitress for a large box and colder mugs she brought the mugs and asked if we wanted a box. Lol lol! Sh didnt have a name tag or her name would be on here. She was a small frame dark brown straight hair with black glasses on. The food was good and hot. Thats why I gave 2 stars. She gave us our checks and we said thank you twice she gave us a attitude from hell. Would I go back? Nope I will go to the one in palm harbor. Thanks but no thanks!

I watch the fight there got there at 7.all seats were taking at bar. But there was a stool behind the bar witch a phone was on. I kindly ask the girl behind the bar can I have the stool. She said I can sell it to you and5 people that I never met said R U Kidding Me. She then said the phone cables are wrapped around the chair. I though you didnt make it Thur Jr high. What a looser. The girls behind the bar were so disrespectful towards so many people it a wonder kit is still in business. It is a shame. Money Hungry Looser. I will never in this life time go back and Im sure hundreds feel the same as I do. I rate 1 to 10 I give a 3. I dont recommend taking you family there at all.

Went to pick up a to-go order; the servers were all dressed in blue bikinis, with about 5 women wearing cutoff short shorts intentionally unzipped. I was offended by the reference, I took it to mean their ass was for sale. I was glad I had not brought my child along. Very inappropriate! I called corporate & complained & was offered free food. If they want to advertise as a gentlemans club that serves food that would be fine, but to call themselves a restaurant much less "bring the whole family" is offensive. Ill spend my dollar at Hooters where their servers still appear professional, not the oldest profession.

I really like this place and I hope I get a chance to post a photo here. The girls normally wear tastefully skimpy outfits but I got there on a "Dress to Impress" night. The girls (Im over 60, so theyre girls) were dressed as bunny rabbits - Sexy, cute bunny rabbits and as always they are super friendly. I stayed way longer than normal cause they were just so cute - Oh, the beer was ice cold, the Steak and Cheese Bites and Pretzel pieces were dynamite. There were whole families eating there, so its not too risque and like I said, the food is great

It was my husbands birthday yesterday, so we decided to go here. What a huge disappointing! The service sucked. The waitress was dumber than a box of rocks....kept forgetting everything. I ordered the fish n chips. It was aweful. Had to take off the breading because it was almost burnt and hard. Ruined our night and caused us to be in bad moods. We planned on staying & playing pool but we left because we were so aggrevated. Now I have tokens Ill NEVER use because well NEVER go back again. On a good note. ....the waitresses costumes were cute.

Took 35 minutes to get served I had to ask for a server and restaraunt was slow. I then seen waitresses arguing over who was going to serve me after asking. Took ten minutes after that to get drinks so now 45 minutes after walking in I got a drink. Then I get my food a extream wing salad and it had fruit flies climbing in it. It was so disgusting I no longer had a appitite. Worst waste of $30 ever. Bad service and disgusting food dont go here if u like good food and great service because you wont get that.
