Supposed to close at 9pm and I got there about 8:40pm. A few people were in line so I waited, and when I got up to order the girl was very rude and said they were closed. I asked well I thought you closed at 9pm and she said they had to have time to clean up! Terrible customer service and why say you close at 9pm if you cannot take orders up until 9pm?

For the most part its great, sometimes people are a bit unfocused but that does come with taking many peoples orders and dealing with different kinds of people all day.

Every time I stop on here on the weekend they are understaffed! How do you always only have one person working on the weekend??? Worst Starbucks around!!!!

I generally do not like the taste of Starbucks but the 2 times I have gotten coffee at this location they have done a good job.

Not a real Starbucks. Also, doesnt open until 8am. Not 6am like it says. It is inside a Kroger.
