I usually have a great experience during morning shift , but on this particular day I came in at 1:25pm 07/27/2017 and a guy with a bread , tall & cacsaian very bad attitude. I always request my pink drink with easy Ice and I believe he just had a bad day but thats no excuse to get irritated with a customer . Me and my younger sister sat in the lobby to enjoy our drinks and I seem to noticed the other employees on the shift were talking on their headsets and laughing which Im sure they were talking about us.. not ok , it became very uncomfortable. So after that experience Starbucks on MACLAND lost an loyal customer. Side note : tried to get in contact with store manager M***** Young and the employee Abby told me he was at another location at the square of Marietta. SMH

I love this Starbucks. Not only is the service super friendly (99% of the time), they make my fave frapps better than other SB I also frequent. The one by my work in Dunwoody does a very satisfactory job on my frapps like 80% of the time. But this one always does the best balance of ice volume to flavor ratio. Lots of ice but still a lot of flavor. Sometimes Dunwoodys are a little watered down.

Honestly I can say hate Starbucks at this point. You order a flat white... You get a regular latte....and... I dont want a lid! Dont waste a lid on me if I say I dont want a lid... I ALWAYS throw it away! The redneck sales lady at the counter was reaching for my money... Seriously?.... Before I even finished counting it. Why do I even write these... Corporate doesnt read them anyway.

Everytime I go to this starbucks, theres always something up. About 2 weeks ago , theres was something wrong with the machines. This week ..making the story short , they couldnt comprehend anything ..its so simple I needed a 19 dollars back from a 20 bc I needed change and to put the rest in my card for the mocha I had .. I legit had to explain about 10 times ! No common sense .

Little girl at the window has a nasty attitude, I just left there...i have been ordering my same coffee for years, before she was old enough to work and she now wants to tell me its different. Nasty attitude, she should not be allowed to work in customer service. Put her to wash dishes or clean bathrooms, thats where she belongs.

This location has gone down. So tired of this location messing up my order. Today they didnt add syrup to my latte so there was zero flavor. Drive thru is sooooo slowwww in the morning . Should not take ten minutes to move four car through. Not stopping here anymore until they make some changes and can get it together.

My breve latte tastes like a smoky bandaid, my sisters white mocha tastes like watery hot chocolate and our banana nut bread is half hot half frozen. Tired of inconsistent Starbucks and this location is officially dead to me. The only normal item was our bottle of water.

The drinks are really good, but some are extremely sweet... The workers are really nice! I recommend the Strawberry Acai, or Smores Frappucchino. If you dont drink coffee, you can always just order decaf, it wont really taste any different from a one with coffee

Not my favorite location. They have west facing windows so if you are there and trying to read or study the place is really going to heat up toward the end of the day. The baristas are nice and the coffee is good. Just not a great location.
